The following information is regarding ID# [redacted] The following account was opened on Nov **,with a call center for a medical alert system for [redacted] .This account is a no contract account and is done month to monthWe do have a third party voice verification with the terms and conditions that were given at this timeOn Jan **,the pkg was refused and on Jan **,it was unclaimed so unit was then shipped back to MMHTC and was received at local post office on Jan **,At this time pickup was done already for the week, so on Jan **,unit was then picked up and account was then closed out and no further charges were taken on this accountAt this point a refund was being attempted to be given, but after reviewing this account on Jan **,a charge-back for the amount of was disputed by [redacted] ***r with customers bank already, so due to this I apologize but no refund has been givenWhen a dispute is in place no refund is given and the fee that is associated with the charge back is taken care of by our companyAt this time the customers bank refunded the charge already back to the customer so no refund is due from MMHTCI tried to reach out to [redacted] and left a voice messageThis account has been closed, and customer was put on the Do Not Call ListWe sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding Mrs C [redacted] or [redacted] may have had with MMHTC, and if any further information is needed feel free to contact us at anytimeThank You and have a wonderful day Francine C [redacted]

On Jan **,2017 the pkg was refused and on Jan **,2017 it was unclaimed so unit was then shipped back to MMHTC and was received at local post office on Jan **,2017. At this time pickup was done already for the week, so on Jan **,2017 unit was then picked up and account was then closed out and no further charges were taken on this account. At this point a refund was being attempted to be given, but after reviewing this account on Jan **,2017 a charge-back for the amount of 39.95 was disputed by [redacted]r with customers bank already, so due to this I apologize but no refund has been given. When a dispute is in place no refund is given and the fee that is associated with the charge back is taken care of by our company. At this time the customers bank refunded the charge already back to the customer so no refund is due from MMHTC. I tried to reach out to [redacted] and left a voice message. This account has been closed, and customer was put on the Do Not Call List.
