Review: [redacted], President / CEO of mMobilia / MLocals represented his mobile proximity-based advertising services as a proven and effective channel for merchants / retailers to drive consumers to their business locations in "real time." He claimed and sold Regional Business Owners (RBO) on this technology and through his training course, mandated that the RBO and the team of Advertising Affiliates (AA's) immediately engage merchants in what he claimed to be 15 regions across the U.S. From the moment of roll-out of this technology and in the coming weeks, he did not deliver nor did he reimburse any of the merchants that signed contracts and provided payment to him directly--though there was not one merchant or individual (consumer) in any region that received one SMS message driving them to the location. [redacted] was a master deflector, blaming everyone involved but himself. He hides behind his experience with Apple and continued his lies and scam until every region had to fold due to his inability to deliver anything he promised.He will gladly take your money and that of the merchants and run. Beware, he will reopen and try it again. I don't want anyone else to be scammed, degraded and raped of their personal funds, merchant's funds, dignity, self-respect and most importantly, the demise of your hard-earned reputation within your community. This complaint far exceeds "delivery issues." It is a matter of utter deception.Desired Settlement: A reimbursement for all merchants my team and myself engaged as the result of his false promises. $50,000 reimbursement to cover the cost of training, travel, time and merchant's investment.More importantly, I want him to be prohibited from ever doing "business" again in the US.He is both delusional and dangerous.
