As we have stated NUMEROUS times, he did not purchase that vehicle from this dealership and, therefore, that "sales person" who allegedly told him the statement about ceramic brakes does not work for this company He can have the car [redacted] d at [redacted] -Benz of Bedford, where he bought the car That seems like the logical place to have his issue addressed
