Called MMR Anderson to spoke to their dispatch, told me a flat rate of $for the service call, parts and tax are extra About an hour and a half later, Sammy showed up, looked at the red tag and used some electronic meter to test the leak, fixed a the leak in about ten minutesHe did find the ground wire behind the panel, the stupid *** guy missed it The bill was $Signed off the red tag and put my gas back on
This guy was very professional and friendly, but I was still *** with ***, Sammy told me, life is too short, forget about it
This is a note to say thanks to Sammy, hopefully his boss reads it and give him a raise
Had this company show up to install appliances at my house. This company is a one man operation, as John showed up at my house, and instead of installing my appliances or simply stating that he cannot do the job he issued a red tag for a gas line that there's nothing wrong with.
I had my gas to the house shut off by [redacted] for a gas leak they can't find??? Told me to call a TSSA licensed contractor, gave me a red tag and that was it. Called MMR Anderson and the tech found a small leak using some electronic meter, fixed it and turn my gas back on. Total cast $126.75. A bit high for 30 minutes work. But considering the fast service and late at nigh, I think it was worth it, Plus the tech Sam was really professional. What was a bonus was I found out after, the minimum after hours charge for something like this is $475.00. Wow, thanks Sam.
