New owners use inappropriate language don’t care about the equipment as long as it can work well enough to be sent out again. Threatened customers indirectly over misunderstanding contracts. Very unprofessional and close minded when it came to renting a bobcat to another race who brought it back at the wrong time. Strictly was told they only want to make a profit and didn’t care about their customers.

Rented a bobcat and trailer from this business. Trailer was in poor shape, leaked fluid, gate did not close properly. Bobcat wouldn’t shift correctly. Employees were aware of the issues with the trailer. Owner was threatening over the phone. Used vulgar language. Bait and switch. Was told I would get bobcat with track system received wheel one instead. Charged day rate instead of hourly.
