We were told that the business was localNow I find that they are actually out of ORThe job that was supposed to take a few days maybe took over a week and is still not installed correctlyThere is issues with the calk around the windowsI'm still finding screws in my yard, glass, and metal shavingsThe wrap around the window isn't fitted properlyAnd the insulation under all this is not even insulationThey left my house for three days with gaps filled with toilet paper in themToilet paper that came from my bathroom, and left with themThe whole job was less then professionalThen the is the matter of lost work because of needing to be home while the installation was being doneThere was a use of a couple days of PTO for my husband and the following week was lost overtimeWe both work, but the fact that he took time off after being told of arrival timesTimes that the crew never showed up forLeaving early to go to another job or somethingSo apparently the scheduling wasn't even done correctlyOver all a truly horrible experienceTo the point that I threw them off my property, and my husband signed off on the job just to be rid of themI'm certain that because of the bad install job, the warranty on my windows is probably void
