This company made mistake after mistake in handling a billing issue after 7 phone calls and assurances it was handled I still had to call again. They couldn't understand why I had a strong tone and didn't like to be told the where incompetent. They would never really listen as I tried to help them figure out their error and how they may be able to fix it. They are rude, thin skinned and have no real reason to be in business. When your company sends you to a voicemail box of an employee who is no longer working their, you should close your doors and go dig ditches.

Mnet Financial received this account in September of We made multiple attempts to resolve the balance with the consumer to no avail We allow a 90-day grace period before credit reporting occurs and consumer failed to pay within that days If this is paid, it will be updated as paid and satisfied accordingly with the credit bureaus.Thank you,Mnet Financial Inc

Mnet Financial has never received a dispute validation request from this consumer nor has it been disputed with Transunion according to our records We have closed the account and will remove it from the consumer's credit which can take up to weeks to be reflected We will also send the consumer a confirmation letter

Mnet Financial credited $to the consumers bank on 3/2/and $was credited back on 3/9/to cover the bank fees per the consumers request.Thank you,Mnet Financial Inc

Mnet Financial has confirmed with the original creditor, Brookside Surgery Center that the balance of $is still due and outstanding Mr [redacted] can confirm this information with his insurance company Attached is the validation response which has also been mailed to the consumer at the address he indicated in his complaint

This company has been calling/harrassing me for I think 2 years starting a couple days after a surgery saying they are a collection company for my recent healthcare needs. I have no debt, I even checked with the hospital and they dont even know who MNET Financial is. I have contacted the business 2 times to take me off their calling list and they fail to do so. I have also been added to the national do not call list and they continue to call me. These people continue to call me a dozen and more times a year from various numbers and fill up my voicemail box.

I am requesting all proof of ownership to show FCRA compliance to Sections 604, 605, 609, and 623. I want to see letter of assignment, original signed agreement, complete payment history from opening of account. I want to see all phone conversations and noted on the account.I am demanding a cease and desist and deletion from credit reporting agencies. FDCPA considers this a continued attempt to collect a debt and illegal. They are also in violation of HIPAA by reporting medical accounts.
