Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I have read the responseIt was told our house would be complete in months and not monthsAt one pount [redacted] stated our house needed to be completed by the 2nd week in August because he had another big job he needed to startBut as we know he overlapped our job and started another jobOur house was not completely done in October the way he said in his response [redacted] never once said there would be an extra cost for tile work that was in our contractContract stated all we had to do was supply materialSo as [redacted] stated about the weather, I dont recall bad weather in October and I dont recall Holidays in October and the first weeks of November and I dont recall any holiday the first weeks of DecemberMy plumbing for my washer was complete after months of waitingNo excuses should be made for thatStill no screens after [redacted] stated in text messages to me that screens will be installedThese text messages started December ***(all saved on my phone) I asked him 2-3xs and I got the same responseThat they will be there by the weekendWhat is he waiting for? Like he said, he was paid in fullSo why did I have to wait for plumbing to be done, why do I have to wait for screens for months?
