This place owes me dollars and I have a contract stating they doI been getting the run around for months trying to get my money back and they never had my product
I bought a dump truck from this place 1/12/ they were my best friend said everything would be ready to go when I got down there to pick it upit was not had bad tires was not anything like the photo they sent me or photo on the web page weeks later they said it was ready got down there and picked it up drove it home to ohio half way back the rear of the truck was swaying all over the road { loose bolts and bad bushing } got it home would not run right had to put new injectors in it the transmission was listed as a 8ll but its a speed said it had jake breaks tec told me it was a bad switch { no the jakes were taken off and the switchs were still in the truck } then the steering wheel had some play in it come to find out THEY WELDED THE STEERING WHEEL TO THE SHAFT ! NEEDLESS TO SAY 10,LATER AND IM STILL FINDING THINGS THEY COVERED UP !!! I still don't know why the Revdex.com hasn't done something with this place

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I go back to the origin [redacted] complaint of advertisement This truck was advertised as having a "new re-manufactured motor", and in less than months we had to rebuild the motor The company that rebuilt the motor informed us that the parts used in the "new re-manufactured motor" that came from MNL, were not new parts nor were they even matched setsI am totally aware that I purchased a used vehicle, however I purchased the truck with the understanding that it had a new rebuild motor, as advertised At no time, when I was there, did they ( MNL) state otherwise I also want to point out that when I spoke with [redacted] on 12/30/15, he asked for copies of the bills and said he would make an adjustment, he never mentioned about the "as is" clause as he is stating nowHe never mentioned it on 2/9/16, when I had a conversation with him, and he told me the owner was out of town, he never mentioned it on 3/7/16, when he asked for the copies of bills again Why wouldn't [redacted] mention this to me on any one of our conversations? The above are the reasons why I am rejecting MNL's responseI can not believe that a company is allowed to advertise anything they want, and then put a clause stating that the ad may be different than the trucks actual features, and the difference is IMMATERIAL! I don't consider a motor as a "feature" or "option" I did not buy the truck for parts, I bought a truck with a new re-manufactured motor to operate I would also like to see the repair orders and part tickets on the truck, showing that they actually did just install a new re-manufactured motor in the truck, as they stated in the ad, it is my opinion, that a rebuilt motor would last more than monthsI have attached a copy of the ad which states that the rebuilt motor was just installed Regards, [redacted] ***
This company claims it sells quality trucksThis company is ripping people offThey make you put down huge amounts of moneyThen they make you pay $or higher a week for trucks that have extensive work to be doneThey lie and they are rudeThe owner is rudeThey cannot give proper registration so you cannot use the truck for workThese people should be put out of business
MNL truck has been the worst experience I have ever hadI made deposit on 04/it is now 5/I have yet to receive my truck I have called multiple times I was hung up onI had to sit in Gulfport for weeks just to get my truck in the mechinal rotation [redacted] the owner promised me my truck will be delivered to me upon completion yet another shady deal againIt's approaching months since I made my deposit , still no truck or funds coming in because MNL TrucksDo not waste your time or money dealing with this companyUnprofessional at its bestStay away
