I placed an order with the merchant on 2/13/16 the order was supposed to be received 30 days later, it has now been 7 weeks and I have yet to receive my order. This is my first issue but not my main concern, let me just start this dialog off by saying the manner in which I was treated by the employee of this vendor was deplorable. I received a return call today in answer to a voice mail I had sent two days prior, the lady on the other end was very curt at first while asking for my order number that I did not have at the time. After going back and forth with me (again very rudely) she finally looked me up by name and told me my order was locked and to wait for a response to my e-mail that I had sent 5 days prior. I asked her if she was the owner of the company and she said yes. Because of the minimal assistance the lady was willing to provide along with her rude disposition I decided to call back and cancel my order completely, the same women answered the phone and when I made my request she said " Ma'am I suggest you go online and review our return policy" When I asked her as the owner of the company why she was speaking to me that way she then says " Ma'am not today!... Not today! I then asked her for her name, she replied that I didn't need to know that. She continued to speak over me and finally hung up on me. When I try calling back my phone number has been conveniently blocked, I then have to call from my work phone which goes right through. When I state why I am calling the lady says "Ma'am why are you still calling me!" when she said that I was floored! The main number is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX this seems to be the woman's direct line, I might also mention that the company has a voicemail box set up and it is her voice as well. If this is the way you want to represent your product by allowing this women to treat your customers this way, you wont be around for another 20 years for sure. I ADVISE ALL READING TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. This company has not given me a formal apology and has actually managed to in their formal statement accuse me in part for this horrible business transaction. I do not appreciate this and out of courtesy would like a formal apology from the company.

I ordered a wig 1/27/15 Received the wrong order on 3/27/15 Never received my order or my refund. [redacted] the owner was rude & lied about refunding me1/27/15 I placed an order for a wig $107.00 after an unusual length of time 3/26/15 I received a used wig and the wrong cover. The Owner [redacted] promised upon receiving the wig and getting the tracking label she would send me the correct wig & color 7-10 days. Needles to say that never happen. On April 7th [redacted] stated the my exchange was in her desk and she had to verbally speak to me in order to ship it out. Which I did not understand and was considerably upset by this time. When I was finally able to get Intouch with [redacted] via phone she explained the wig was not ready and would take 4-6 weeks. By this time I expressed that considering The errors and miscommunication on her part I just want a refund after I was told I would not get my wig until May 7th. I ordered this wig for a special occasion the stress, the lies, and misleading information caused me to spend last minute money on a hair style. In addition [redacted] explained the company only gives refunds on the 1st of the month then it should get to my bank. On May 7th I emailed [redacted] explaining to her the money was not refunded. I waited until the 11th contacted my bank I was informed there was no pending refund & the only transaction with my wigs and weaves hair company was on 1/27/15. The rep told me I could file a dispute. I contacted [redacted] via e-mail to ask her exactly where is my refund? As well as to inform her of the dispute that I would be filing and contacting the business bureau. Her first response was oh yeah I see the dispute I informed her I knew she was lying and let her know I'm a professional and I'm sure she did not see a dispute on her end from my bank. Previous to this last contact via e-mail I had to leave her a message reminding her she should respond to me until I received my refund because I'm still her customer. Needless to say no refund no care just horrible service. If needed I have the thread of emails. Desired SettlementI'm asking for the cost of my wig. And $500.00 in emotional stress and damage. Business Response Client cancelled order in the amount of $107.44. Due to the 1st order was placed 1/26/15, more than 90 days have passed and we cannot virtually credit the payment back to her card . Our processor only allows Payments to be re-credited within 90 days of the initial purchase from our terminal.The client was informed and stated she would contact her bank to process the request and upon receipt we will approve the refund amount of $107.44 with her bank.Client has failed to complete the dispute paperwork so we can authorize the refund of payment. We will definitely approve the refund, once the client complete the documents that her bank have asked of her.Thanks Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This is a complete untruth this vendor has never told me due to it being over 90 days that they were unable to process my request for a refund. What she did state was she was unable to give me a second refund which was quite odd when I never received a refund to begin with.Bottom line this woman is a liar and needs to refund me my money. Final Business Response We were able to issue the full refund to the client in the amount of $107.44, to the card that was used for the purchase. The confirmation #XXXXXXXX. Due to this being a hard refund that was processed by our issuing bank, the rep stated the refund can take 7-14 business days to post back to the card holders account. We thank the mutual client for her patience & hope we are able to serve her in the near future.

I keep getting the run around about when my order will be shipped.I placed an order for two wigs on Tuesday Many 17th. My order number is XXXXX...I have contacted this company numerous times to cancel order or refund me my money since my order did not get shipped after the 48 hour time frame. I have been told by someone by the name of [redacted] that my order with ship on 5/24 and when I did not get any shipping information the next day I emailed the company again to check the status and a customer service rep name Mahogany Leveston emailed me back stating that I will be able to track the order at 10 pm on 5/25. I did not receive ant tracking info as stated so once again I emailed the rep expressing my concerns and seeing if I can get my money refunded as I am no longer interested in doing business since it seems as if I am getting the run around. She replied back promising that it will be ship today as they are currently behind. I do not believe this company will send me my order and I feel like I have lost my hard earned money. I am no longer interested in receiving the wigs. I have contacted my bank and file a claim to reverse the charges and the bank is currently awaiting a response from this company. I have battled with contacting this company for almost three weeks with very little luck. I placed an order 12/23/2015 and never received it.I placed an order on 12/23/2015 for the Adoree Indian Remy Full Lace Wig for a total of $390.99 dollars, order XXXXX. After inquiring about the shipping time, I received an email from an [redacted] on 1/04/2016, stating that my order would be shipped 01/08/2016. The day comes and goes and I don't hear anything back from them. Customer service is the worst I have EVER dealt with. No one ever answers the phone; you're forced to leave a message on a voicemail that I'm sure no one checks. I sent an email on 01/09/2016 and never heard anything back. Live chat is honestly the worst sometimes someone answers, sometimes they don't. Like past complaints, I believe my information is recognizable and they choose not to speak with me. This is a horrible company that either needs to go out of business or completely restructure their business plan to accommodate the amount of orders they receive. Offering mediocre methods of customer service isn't going to cut it. I wanted to choose an American wig vendor, having had problems with ones overseas, but this company has me convinced that it's hard to find a good vendor no matter the location.I have opened a dispute with PayPal which was escalated on 1/11/2016. If you purchase from this company, please DO NOT buy directly. Have the security in case your order becomes difficult as mine has. Desired SettlementI want my order shipped to me, with the QUALITY of the wig reflecting the price. If the wig is in poor condition or not what I ordered, I will send the wig back and expect a full refund of $390.99. I want this resolved either way by 1/31/2016. The wig resembled what was on the site; in that regard, I was satisfied with the purchase. However, I paid $50.00 extra for a glue-less wig cap and the wig did not have that. I received a refund for $52.00 on 01/16/2016. It's unfortunate that I will not be doing business with this company, not because their products are poorly made, but because customer service is atrocious.

I placed and order for a wig and I did not receive it at the time I was told I would. I placed my order on October 1, 2015 and on their website it said allow up to 4 weeks for shipping because what I ordered was customized. After four weeks I reached out to the company via phone,email, as well as using the live chat feature on their website. Eventually on November 1st I was able to reach someone via the online chat and they told me my order would ship out on November 10th.Normally once an order is shipped a tracking number is received but I got no tracking number on that day. Once again, I called the number on their website, no one ever answers the line. Then I reached out via chat and I got a response saying the chat was down and to send an email. The next day I try calling the number being that I received no response to my email and finally after a whole month of calling I get an answer.I spoke with Ann and she told me that my order had yet to be finished. So I asked her about their online statement that says"Allow 4 weeks for shipping"because at this point it is approaching 6 weeks.She told me that she would look into it at the ware house and get back to mewith in 30 minutes to an hour. I waited over two hours and never heard anything so I called back and she told I should have received an email telling me it would ship on the 13th. After about 15 minutes of our call ending I got an email saying that my unit had been shipped and I got a tracking number. When I tried to use the tracking number it was not registered in the USPS system, then I took a closer look at the email the shipping date said "November 13, 2015 12:00am" I tried to call the number back but I was ignored. I sent an email asking why did the date say the 13th for the tracking number but the email stated that the item was shipped already? Her response was "As stated earlier the item is expected to ship on Friday." Today is November 16th and my item has not been shipped nor taken to the post office according to USPS. I ordered this unit over a month prior to the event I needed it for with the expectation of receiving it on time.Desired SettlementI would like to have my item delivered to me and I would like an apology from this company for this run around and inconvenience. Non-delivery to products ordered.On July 1st I placed an order to two wigs. Company website states if order is place by 9PM CT, item will be shipped the same day. I also added expedited shipping in order to get my item for an upcoming event. It has now July 17th (11 business days) and my order status still shows as pending shipment. When I initially contact the company I was told that it takes 7-10 business days to process orders and the statement on the site about same day shipping only applies to specific items. I ordered two standard wigs (no customization) and the site did not indicate that the items were "out of stock". I am unable to get in touch with anyone at this company. The only way to contact them is thru an on-line chat session, and for some strange reason, no is responding to my request for chat session. I believe the customer service on the other end is familiar with my information and choose not to engage. I have emailed,request on-line chat help and left voice mail with no success. I have requested a refund, however, as I stated earlier, it is very difficult to get any response from anyone in this company. My credit card has been charged and it appears that the company it taking their sweet time in fulfilling the order. This company has failed to provide the product as part of our e-commerce transaction. I paid for a product and should receive or get some notification about when I should expect my items. Every general customer service notification (phone, chat line) from the company says to "be patient" and wait from someone to contact as they are making the product. This is mis-leading as the product I ordered was under a category for "In Stock" items...not customization. There is no way to return a call or speak to a live person. I want a REFUND. This company did not live up to their part of the transaction. I paid for items that have not been supplied and I have waited the allotted time frame. Desired SettlementI need the charges made to my card to be reversed. As of 7/17 I have not received my products and no longer care to do business with them. A full refund of my purchase and shipping charges (since items were never shipped). However, as I told the customer service rep prior to delivery, I would be returning the items as it took too long for delivery of my merchandise. My item too almost one month to get to me even though website states that it would be shipped the same day. This is misrepresentation and the company needs to inform consumers that the item takes about one month to be delivered. I have returned the items and and requested a full refund of my purchase price. Additionally, when I received the package, I took a look at the merchandise and was not satisfied with the product quality especially after waiting that long to receive. I am waiting to see if the company will give me a hard time to receive my money back because they seem to have issues with delivery, responding to phone calls, emails and online chat.Final Business Response Client order was cancelled and refunded in full on 09-01-14.
