Hello, My name is Jason [redacted] from MNmotors LLC. I am sending you this email in regards to a complaint that [redacted] has against us. First off, we are a motor vehicle salvage dealership, so 100% of all our vehicles have been totaled out by an insurance company and now have a salvage title. So...

it was clearly disclosed in the ad that this truck suffered front end damage. All of the parts that he is claiming we didn't disclose were disclosed. It was stated in the ad that the hood, and both front fenders were replaced along with the cooling. He is claiming that the we replaced the "inner fenders" as well. However these trucks do NOT have any inner fenders. The fenders on a GMC truck are structural, so when you remove the fender then there is nothing there other then the engine. We disclosed in the ad that there is no frame damage and that the truck runs and drives fine. If [redacted] can send me pictures or proof that this truck doesn't drive straight or that there is current frame damage then I would like to see those pictures. We had that frame inspected as we do with all our vehicles and we were told that frame was 100% true and straight and I will still stand by that. [redacted] bought this truck on 6-17-16 at which time he came to see the truck in person and looked it over top to bottom and even crawled under the truck and also took the truck for a test drive. For the next couple weeks he kept emailing me complaining about very minor issues with the truck and we at that point offered to buy the truck back at full price and pay him an additional $1,000 for his inconvenience. However he then told me that he loved the truck and he wanted to keep it. He then asked for a small $200 refund in order to take care of a couple minor issues (getting a spare key, repair the rear window defrost, and I can't remember the 3rd item). We then told him we would give him the refund as long as he signed paperwork that he wouldn't continue to contact us about minor problems and that the truck was sold to him AS IS with no warranty. He agreed that he wanted to keep the truck and only wanted $200. So we followed though with that request and he did sign the paperwork that clearly shows this truck has a salvage title and that it was sold AS IS with no warranty on 7-7-16. Since July he hasn't called us one time. He did send me an email a couple weeks ago with no requests for contact and just pointing out that he knew the fenders were replaced (which we disclosed in the ad). It has been about 5 months since this issue has been finalized a second time and at this point we are not willing to make any further agreements, refunds, or repairs. Should he decide to feel the need to take us to court then we are prepared to do so and we will await the summons.

We will still continue to disagree with [redacted] statements. This matter was resolved months ago and we have a signed statement from the buyer that this matter was settled and final.

I am rejecting this response because:
