Review: Hello Revdex.com,I do not like to complain but I am out of ideas on what to do? Last November, this MNR Construction was hired by my landlord to do some roof work. I have since moved from that location for obvious reason, but the damage that was done to my car by his negligence is not being resolved. I have tried being nice by offering them at first just to pay my deductible however they dismissed that offer! Then I went to the insurance companies themselves and they have been back n forth ever since trying to collect retribution, although this is a dead end as well. MNR Construction is located out of his home, [redacted] PA [redacted]. Phone ####-###-####. He is has been nothing but rude and obnoxious since this started. During a wind storm last year, he tacked down 2x3s onto a tarp since there was a big hole in the roof at that time. Needless to say that since he did not nail/screw down that wood down, it flew off the roof and hit my car. That piece of wood with the nails in it is still on that property. There are a lot of small children in the neighborhood that can be injured if they play w/ that wood (rusty nail, etc).I am guessing that this person is not a member of the Revdex.com since he works out of his home but his license # is [redacted].Please let me know what I could do to try and retrieve restribution, if anything?Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: The repair to the vehicle was $1500.00. Thanks, Jenn

June 24,2014The Revdex.com To whom It may concern:This correspondence is in regards to a complaint filed against my company MNR Construction. Revdex.com assigned ID# [redacted].My records indicate that the date of damage to the vehicle was on November 24, 2013. I was repairing the roof for my customer who Is not the plaintiff; the actual customer was the landlord of the plaintiff. With the storm that was coming I needed to cover the hole that was in the roof so I nailed down approximately 10 lx3's onto a tarp to keep It In place. The boards were securely nailed In place. High winds were the cause of the damage to the plaintiffs vehicle. The wood hitting the plaintiffs car was not due to my negligence It was due to severe weather which I had no control over. When the plaintiff notified me of the damage I informed her to submit the estimate to me and I would submit to my insurance company. She originally submitted to her Insurance and then I received the estimate through my customer not the plaintiff. I then submitted the claim to my Insurance company who denied the plaintiff's claim (see attached letter from [redacted] Insurance claim# 0-[redacted].) I then received by mall a letter from the Law Offices of [redacted] (see attached letter their claim number [redacted].*) wanting to recover damages however the letter also stated if I had insurance to submit the request to my Insurance company ([redacted]). Again [redacted] denied payment because there was no negligence on my part.I have spoken to the plaintiff only once concerning this matter and have treated her with respect. All matters concerning the vehicle were either mailed to me or given to me by the landlord.Concerning the allegation that the debris is still on the property, by the plaintiffs own admission she no longer lives at this site but does state on the date that she filed this complaint with the Revdex.com (June 16, 2014) that the wood was still there. This Job has been completed several months ago and all of my debris has been removed. If any more information is needed please contact me,Thank you for your time.
