On December *** *** *** *** placed an oil delivery for
gallons. The
driver pumped gallons which is a difference of
gallons. There is a credit on the customers account for CENTS. This would have been applied to his next deliveryNo phone call was made to this customer about his credit because it was less than a dollar
As far as this customer "taking a picture of the truck" and our driver saying "the company marked 7-gallons" ? This makes no sense to meThe comment about the trucks being old doesn't even warrant a responseThe condition of our trucks are impeccable. They are maintained constantly and the truck in question was just "wrapped". It looks beautiful.
Is this man indicating that the company steals?
The only part of that conversation I believe is the fact that the driver said he will let the company know there is a credit on the accountThat is correct. His account was credited for the purchase prior to the delivery, because it was pre paid, and when the delivery ticket comes back, the account is then debited for the gallons posted. If there is a credit over $the customer is called, if less than $the coins stay on the account until the next delivery.
This man is obviously making something from nothing. I am considering contacting my attorney to put him on notice. Slander is not something to be taken lightly. This claim is ridiculous. For cents he wants to slander my company? And claim something that is totally untrue. Our trucks have meters on them. They are sealed by weights and measures. The driver stopped the delivery at gallons. I am not sure why the pump stopped at gallons. Perhaps his tank was full at that point. Otherwise, I don't know why the pump stopped. There is nothing on the delivery ticket to indicate the driver even spoke to the customer
This winter has been brutally cold. we have not seen temperatures in the teens consistently for decades. It is totally reasonable to burn
gallons in days with the temperatures we have experienced.
For a delivery, MNS typically gets the customer, shows a blank ticket, pumps the oil, and gets payment. The tickets are stamped and the meters are accurate. If a customer orders gallons and gets it is apparent to me that the tank was full
There is nothing to his claimIf I could understand his verbiage, I could certainly comment more on the subject.
*** ***s will receive a check for cents to settle his account.

On March **, 2015, [redacted] delivered 100 gallons of fuel to [redacted]. [redacted] has been a long time customer to MNS and receives a senior citizen discount as well as monthly coupons. On the day in question, [redacted] delivered the oil, spoke to [redacted] received cash from [redacted] and gave him a metered delivery ticket representing the proof that he delivered the oil. See attached delivery ticket. If [redacted] was out of oil at the time of delivery, he could have had a clog in his lines resulting in a service call. [redacted] called this office well after his delivery - on March **, 2015. Mike delivered his oil and collected cash. He definately got his oil. My proof is attached. The driver collected the money from the customer. He saw him deliver the oil and then paid.

Review: On December **, 2013. I ordered heating oil from this company. I request 135 gallons for the rate of 379.9 = Total of $512.87. I Paid it with my credit/debit card. When the delivery person came to delivered on this day. I came outside to watch that is doing a proper job. I approach to the truck to take a picture just in case. Because the company name I ordered from was [redacted]. I though I got the wrong company. The delivery man said that is same company.

He finish putting oil into my tank from outside the house and gave me back a invoice/receipt type. However it marked he only pumped 134.8 Gallons. I asked him how come it not 135 Gallons, oh he said oh the company marked 7-8 gallons before which I couldn't understand his interpretation or statement honestly. He said also that the company has been doing this to many customer, and customers asked him the same question. He said also he mentioned this issue to the company. He said else that the truck is a bit old. I told him that is not fair, because a person/customer is paying for a product/service that it needs to get it right how it is. A mean I am paying $512.87 for 135 gallons, this is not buying candies or soda. So he told me that he will advise about the situation to the office. I haven't heard from them at all. Not even a voicemail anything. Neither a coursety call. I haven't call them because I don't want to put them in evidence. I believe this kind of practices is not acceptable. What you paid for is what you get, and I didn't get it. This oil last me only for 10 days you know. I had make comparison with another oil company I had ordered after them a month after, and I only ordered 100 gallons. The same way I take care my heating in my house with both. Hopefully they are not scamming the type of oil they used. If this company is not giving you the right amount, might the company doing other things that is wrong.

If you need a copy of the invoice for proof please let me know. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I'm not going to you use their service I'll say never for now, until this company do good practices. I would like to request a refund for the difference they didn't provide for the heating oil. Thanks.

On December [redacted] 2013 [redacted] placed an oil delivery for

0.20 gallons. There is a credit on the customers account for 76 CENTS. This would have been applied to his next delivery. No phone call was made to this customer about his credit because it was less than a dollar....

His account was credited for the purchase prior to the delivery, because it was pre paid, and when the delivery ticket comes back, the account is then debited for the gallons posted.
