HE DID NOT PUT TILES ON BR WALLS OR PAINT OR STAIN BR DOOR AS INDICATED IN CONTRACT. HE REMOVED 6" SADDLE AND REPLACED IT WITH 4" SADDLE. HE LEFT FULL BOXES OF TILES THAT WERE TO BE USED TO TILE BR WALLS. HE SAYS THAT ITEMS a, b, c, AND d WERE UNSEEN ISSUES THAT WERE NOT IN THE CONTRACT OR DISCUSSED WITH ME BEFORE TOTAL GUT OF BR. STRANGE COMING FROM A LICENSED HOME CONTRACTOR, HE DOES NOT INDICATE ROTTING WATER PIPES IN CHANGE ORDER. I WANT A REFUND OF $3,AND THE BR COMPLETED.
