I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint
The dealer is accusing me of sneaking into his car lot in order to break into his cars and remove the buyers guides in order to photograph them, I can only assume that this sounds as ridiculous to the Revdex.com as it does to meI am an honest and trustworthy person.
I have paid to have the transfer case repaired, even though Mo Auto Sales advertises on his Facebook and Website that all cars come with a powertrain warranty as was verbally advertised to me as wellMo Auto Sales never offered to pay for towing to ***, (I have saved all emails and texts) and I never had the car towed there on my own because *** told me over the phone that there was nothing they could doI simply could not afford to spend more money on a car that didn't run, that I'd had days
Since having my car in the repair shop I have also come to learn that the navigation system in my car, (that was advertised in the add on his website as well as pointed out to me in person) is completely non functionalIt is yet another $to repairBetween the $transfer case and the falsely advertised navigation system replacement cost of $2000, that $total is nearly 38% of my purchase price in damagesI will only be satisfied once I am fully reimbursedI am now being advised by an attorney to seek resolution in this matter

At MO AUTO SALES every car we buy goes through a process first the car goes to the mechanic if it need anythingthen it goes to a detail shop to get cleanedthen it comes back to usThen we take photos of the car and we put the vin number in to our websiteThe website generates all the info on the car from the vin number it prints us the buyers guideJust because there is no buyers guide in the photos dos not mean its not on the carthe buyers guide was on the car and she did see it and she did signed itSo stop playing that game that it was presented to you at the endWe spoke about that before you left on your vacationEvery car that we offer for sale has a buyers guideWe have gone over this before you know very well that you declined the warrantyThats why you had your boyfriend visit the mechanic more then ounceNo one forced you to buy that car or you could had demanded the warranty before you left the lot if that was the caseyou know and I know you weren't getting a warrantyAs far as the cars navigation the car came with one from the manufacturerThe website generates information about the car from the vin numberDos the car come with a navigation from the manufacturer yesIs there a way for us to test it without a cd noSo how did we miss lead you? Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** *nd have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed **pear belowThe reason for my rejection is due to the fact that Mo Auto Sales had advertised my car on their website with a warranty, was disclosed to me during the test drive that it was under warranty, and at no other time was ever discussed to state otherwise, at least not until I had taken out that loan payable to Mo and had sold my personal vehicleUnfortunately there was never a Buyer's Guide posted to eliminate these confusions and one was never given to me at the time of purchase eitherMy transfer case exploded only days later and should have been covered under that advertised powertrain warrantyThe dealer never offered to pay for towing from Cincinnati to *** *** as they claim, otherwise I would have gladly had anyone he wanted look at it in lieu of paying $out of my own pocket(As I've said before, I have saved all texts and emails from Mo Auto Sales)Not to mention the fact that *** from *** specifically said to me that any work done to the transmission was considered separate from the transfer case and therefore not under warrantyThey are two totally different partsTowing it to *** would likely have been a waste of timeI also reject the accusation by Mo Auto Sales that I would actually sneak onto his car lot in order to break into the cars and remove his Buyers GuidesI am not an unscrupulous personIf someone were breaking into his cars I'm sure he would have filed a police reportThis entire accusation is not only frivolous and defamatory, but also another example of his dishonest natureIn addition to the warranty discrepancies/repair reimbursement issues, I am also dissatisfied due to my discovery that the advertised navigation unit is completely non functional and needs replaced to the cost of yet another $The CSPA clearly states that it is illegal for a dealer to misrepresent a vehicles performance, mileage, accessories(such as the navigation), etc...which he intentionally lied about in order to effectuate the saleThe lack of the Buyers Guide can also be viewed on his website with my car specifically as it was advertised, as well as in most other vehiclesYou can see that it not only shows the car offered with a warranty, it does not have a buyers guide visible in any window, and falsely advertises the navigation unitA direct link to view my car (the *** *** Motion) is
***
I hope this eliminates any other accusations that I would break in and steal them myselfThese are his advertisements
I will attach printed website images with dated headers as well in case the dealer were to go in and alter them in any wayThey show the multiple advertisements that declare every car as being covered by a warranty, my car specifically stating that coverage as well and nothing to say that it is conditional.

The customer has been contacted directly

When I arrived at the dealership I thoughtI had read their ad wrongAd on *** said the car was a SEL but it was a SEAd said it had navigation but it did notHad driven miles to buy the car but they blamed cars.com for the ad being wrong and would not give any money off for the bad advertising

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
They told me it was mailed out March 18, then said it was mailed March 20, then told me it was mailed out March 21.
As of today March 2015, it is still not here.
There were never any threats made because if so id been arrested.....my conversations wth them were all digitally recorded via my smart phone in my pocket to assure this.
I had already paid my taxes and title fees on the car when purchased in FebruaryThe fees I owed were stated as DOC FEES of $which is the max amount that can be charged in Ohio on a used carSo the title should have been processed sooner also.

To whom it my concern,
In responded to the entire allegation made by *** ***I would
like to replay by saying we are one off the most respectable dealers in Cincinnati areaNo one puts more works and service in to their cars like we doAs far as the purchase order that's just a something she can take to the bank with the VIN number and the sales price there is no sign ***
* on itAs far as the buyer's guide every car on our lot has one, she could had gone in to the cars and removed them so she can take the photoI got this car tom *** ** the car was a new car tread one owner clean car faxThe car service history from the day they bought itThe only reason they treaded the car in it's because sifting problem witch I have seen beforeI took the car to *** *** to have it fixed witch they didIf I wanted to do it the *** way I could had just replaced it with used one like what *** saysBut no we had it rebuild so *** give us a months warrantyI am attaching the warranty ***, We were advertising the car for $11,and we dropped the price to $10,plus tax and title so we can move it quickSo her price was almost $11,out of the door give and takes few dollarsShe had a fixed budget off $10,so I told her we can't do that, so we agreed on 10,out of the door without a warranty, so she asked if she can have the car Inspected by a boyfriend off hers which we said okShe give us the car back and asked to have the car Inspected by a mechanic we ok that too.so her boyfriend stopped by in the morning to take the car to a mechanic, I told him it was ok after he come back the car *** out ok and asked about the bottom something was flopping so I ask him to take it back to the mechanic to tight it down and he did, The only reason for all of these driving and mechanic visits it because she was not getting the warrantyShe left on a vacation for a week after she come back from vacation she stopped by to pick up the car she signed the sales contract witch clearly says AS no warranty a copy off that will be atta***d and also she signed the buyers Gide AS a copy off that is atta***dSo do you believe if she was getting a warranty she would not ask us were is the warranty contract? A week later I get a text not even a phone call tilling me that the tough converter exploded in the carI felt bad for her so I told her that Dane() transmissions rebuild the transmission and they give us a one year warranty so she asked for the work order and I faxed it to herI don't know what *** told her? But she kept on demanding that I fixe her car for herInstead of going after *** witch I told her I can help her talk to themI Spock to *** at *** and she told me she want to see the car but *** wasn't interested in taking it there unless I was going to pay for it so instead of going after *** *** she wanted to go after meSo they only way she can do that she come up with the lie about having a warrantI even told her I would pay for the towing to *** but she refusedLook I been in business for years if I have attorney general complaints so what off them we had resolved and the other there were no wrong doing on our behalf, I believe in customer service that why I help and still helping costumers any questions like what should pay for parts services, I even help them getting the parts at my cost, But am not willing to help someone who Lia's like herShe could have stopped by and we could had gone and pleaded with *** at *** to honor her months warrantyBut no she was not interested in doing that no demanding I bought the car from you are going to fix itThreats that all I was getting I will call this? I will do that? so I told her go do whatever makes you h**py, AM don, she is not getting a penny from meI like to work with my costumers but not the one how thinks they can force us to do what they wantSo in summery she did buy a car from us she clearly knows she was not getting a warranty and we are not willing to deal with herShe is a liar and I don't like liarsShe already had a loan on the car that's not an excuse she had options first she could had paid for a warranty second waked away from the dealNo one forced her to buy the carIf she wants this car fixed it's going to be on my terms not hers, X need the car to go to dance to get diagnostic to see what the car needs

As the customer stated he did in fact cone in and purchase a vehicle on July 31st....

Due to his current credit situation there was only a small selection of vehicles that would work for him. ir. Williams tet drive the available vehicles and decided on the dodge charger. we stated the vehicle was as-is and there was a non-refundable deposit which the customer signed along with it being posted inside the dealership. After the customer took delivery of the vehicle he did call and complain of a vehicle malfunction. we told customer the vehicle was sold as-is but since it was just purchased we would fix the problem. The customer denied the service and ask for a different vehicle. we allowed him to pick one of the other selections that we had showed him prior and he also declined those. After more discussion the truth finally came out and the customer had found another vehicle at a different location. we then proceeded to take the dodge charger to or certified mechanic to find out there was also no problem with the vehicle. The customer demanded his money back because he didn't get a car. we explained the non-refundable deposit due to expenses that were paid in his behalf and offered the dodge charger back to him. The customer declined and we have not heard from him again,

Hello to you,First of all, the auto check says there is no wrecks or inquiries for frame damage and we showed her that.  Then she proceeds to tell us she did her own car fax and it still showed no damage of any kind. She noticed the fender was a different color and when she took...

it to her body man he says there is damage on the car. When we purchase the car from the auction and it was not disclosed. Since we bought the vehicle we never had to do any work on it.We offered to make the fender one color so it matches and she has declined our offer. We offered to fix what she needed fixed and she has declined it.Thank you,[redacted]General Manager

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:[redacted] CAME INTO OUR OFFICE TO MAKE HIS FINAL PAYMENT. SO WE CAN USE THAT MONEY FOR HIS TAXES AND GET THE TITLE SWITCHED TO HIS NAME. HE STARTED YELLING AT MY EMPLOYEE AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS AND SHE SAID THAT'S FINE. MY EMPLOYEE CALLED ME AND...

TOLD ME HE WAS GETTING NASTY WITH HER SO I SAID LET ME TALK TO HIM. ONCE HE WAS DONE BEING EXTREMELY RUDE WHILE TALKING WITH ME MY EMPLOYEE TOLD ME HE THREW THE PHONE ON HER DESK AT HER.HE PROCEEDED TO CALL THE POLICE AND THE POLICE TOLD HIM ITS A CIVIL MATTER AND THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.  BUT THE OFFICER DID ASK ME I IF I COULD MAKE SURE HIS TITLE WOULD MAILED OUT AS SOON AS IT WAS DONE. THE TITLE WAS DONE ON MARCH 20, 2014 (ATTACHED WILL BE A COPY OF THE TITLE). HE ASKED US TO MAIL OUT HIS TITLE AND WE DID AS WE WERE ASKED TO DO.HE KEEPS CALLING HERE WITH THREATS AND BEING RUDE AND CURSING AT MY EMPLOYEES, SO I TOLD HER TO TELL HIM NOT TO CALL OUR OFFICE OR COME INTO MY OFFICE ANYMORE FOR THE SAFETY OF MY EMPLOYEE. IF HE WANTED TO GET HIS TITLE HE CAN GO TO THE NEAREST TITLE OFFICE AND OBTAIN A NEW ONE.MY EMPLOYEES AND I ARE VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND WANT TO MAKE THEM HAPPY SO THEY COME BACK TO BUY ANOTHER CAR. WE DID EVERYTHING WE SAID WE WOULD DO SO I AM HOPING THIS DOESN'T CHANGE OUR RATING WITH THE Revdex.com BECAUSE WE TAKE PRIDE IN IT.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME OR MY ASSISTANT [redacted].[redacted]

I do not accept the response letter from Mo Auto Sales.  I do agree that he said he would look into repainting the finder after I told him I wanted to return the car because It was sold to me under false information on the car fax.  We had words and after that he offered nothing and he refused to take the car back so I of coarse said no to any repairs because I was going to seek legal advice.  There is a lemon law and I do have a case, but I am figuring out if the cost is going to benefit me.  If he is a man of his word then yes indeed he should pay for the new paint job on the finder and done with matching paint this time. As far as the fact they said they didn't know that the finder was a another shade? I just don't believe that statement. It's very obvious when the sun shines and i'm sure the sun was shining on his lot at some point after he purchased the car at the auction, which he didn't disclose to us either.  It was advertised as a one owner car !!!  You know driving a 15000.00 car with a different shade is not my idea of a good sale ....thank you for your time ,  [redacted]
