I am rejecting this response because:
Vanessa made threats and false accusations towards me and cussed at me. She never once offered to come back and make this right nor was she ever concerned about going out of her way to make me happy customer until I filed this complaint with Revdex.com.  I trusted her in my house once but not again. I'm sorry, I do not want her or any part of her company in my home. If she truely is sorry and wants to make me happy then I would just like her to refund me $50 for the incomplete work and  breach of our verbal contract. That would make me happy.

Review: I hired Mo' Better Cleaning Service for deep cleaning(spring Cleaning). The owner came and did a walk through and we discussed everything that I wanted done. We were in agreement and she quoted me a price. I paid more than what she quoted and come to find the job was not complete. I found cobb webs in my front room, ceiling fan wasnt even touched, dusty dirty blinds, which were all discussed as part of the "spring cleaning" package.I attempted to contact the owner and make her aware these things were not done. She never text or called me back. She did however contact me over a week later and accused me of writing bad check and tried to get more money from me to cover bank fees. I contacted my bank and they had no record of the check being returned or processed. After a few harrassing text messages back and forth, She then proceeded to accuse me of cancelling the check and called me a fowl name. My check did clear and she was paid. Who does business like this? I've never been treated this poorly. I have text messages and photos of the poor customer service Mo' Better Cleaning provided. Our verbal contract was never fulfilled I ended up with a half clean house. Very unhappy customer, I would never recommend this company to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would her to refund me $50 for the incomplete work, harrassment and false accusations.

Upon arrival, Laura was in her room sleeping so we dealt with her husband Henry. We asked him what he wanted us to focus on during our initial deep clean. He added on a spare room and bathroom that was recently vacated by his niece, that wasn't included in the initial estimate. Her house was filthy and the areas we did clean were spotless! When my team and I left the client's house after we cleaned, Laura came out of her room to pay us. She was happy with our work and even gave us a $20 cash tip. She then texted me a very lengthy message a few days later to schedule the next cleaning day and to go over things she wanted completed. I wasn't able to text her back a response so she called me 6 days later very upset that I hadn't responded to her lengthy text message. I apologized for not responding and took her off the schedule. We guarantee our work and are happy to return to her house to complete any items that were not addressed for free.

Like I said in my initial response, we are happy to come back to complete the work we missed the first cleaning, free of charge. I've apologized to the customer and am wiling to make this right by finishing the work so she is happy. That is the best we can offer.Vanessa
