Back in Mid-April I paid the mechanic $1100 to put a motor in my truck. I gave him this amount upfront because he would need to purchase the motor. I was promised it could take about weeks to complete the job. 6weeks came and left He states he needs more time. Another due date passes. This man has came up with every excuse in the book why my truck is not fixed. Now he is not responding to phone calls or text messages. I have requested my vehicle be returned along with my money no response
My car started leaking radiator fluid broke down on the side of the road I contacted Mr Moseley to see if he could pull the car he told me yes.I told him what happened before it cut off so we agreed it sound like the timing chain well Mr Moseley said he could fix it for 300.00 then he said it need a inference modem which will cost around 700.00 to fix after Mr Moseley had talked to a co worker of mine found out what I did for a living the price kept going up to1200 dollars Mr Moseley told me he needed money up front to start so I gave him 400.00 dollars then when I went to check on the work and car he said he needed more money I then gave him 300 more dollars it was after I told I went to check on my car a third time he told me he needed more money I told him no he said ok I will fix it and have it ready by Thursday well Thursday came car not ready I have gotten nothing but lies and run around by Mr Moseley my car has been sitting in the same spot since day one nothing has been done now he saying he cant fix it its been at his shop since January people have been in my car rambling looking for stuff my glove compartment has been broke into and this I has been the worse experience I've ever experienced something needs,to be done
I apologize for the customers experience. My job as a mechanic is to fix the clients car. Ms *** paid for her parts to be resurfaced and vavles up front. $400. Ms *** timing bely kit cost was $300.Once the car was put back together I made customer aware of other major thibgs wrong with car. Assuring I could fix for he job in total for parts and labor was $1200.00

I am rejecting what Mr Mosley is saying because,Mr Mosley has had my car for almost a year it has been sitting in the same spot since day one what I agreed to do was give Mr Mosley some start up money in the beginning but every time I talked to him his price went up I have asked him for receipts for the money that he has received from me and also the parts for work done he hasnt been able to produce anything after changing his price and not producing any evidence of the work done all I kept getting was I need more money when I refused to give him more money he said he didnt know what was wrong with the car he would try one more thing and if that didn't work he would send it to the Mitsubishi place and that he would eat the cost that didnt happen then I asked Mr Mosley if he would tow it to another mechanic that we both know he said he talked to *** told him everything that he had done and he still couldn't fix it but when I called *** I was told that Mr Mosley told him that he wasn't going to tow it to him I dont know what Mr Mosley's intentions are and why he would take my money and not do anything to my car Mr Mosely works on wreaked cars so I asked him if he could fix the hinge on my door because it was messed up he didn't do that either. My car is a 2007 Mitsubishi eclipse with the original miles never had any break downs clean under the hood kept in good condition so for it to break down on me I thought it would be something simple I never would imagine someone take my money and not fix my car. Also in the beginning Mr Mosely let me know that the guy he had helping him took his money and quit and that his daughter got in some trouble and he had to bail her out so now I feel like he doesn't have the money to fix my car and it's just sitting
