Review: I purchased a pair of boots and the boots squeak when I walk. I have not wore them yet. However, he refused to take them back. I told him that I can retrieve receipt from my credit card bill and he told me to contact timberline company. He refuse to exchange the shoes and was rude. I didn't want my money back only wanted him to exchange the boots for another pair.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to exchange my shoes for another pair.
