Mo Storage

This was our first time doing this I had never been to a storage unit before so I didn't really know why to expect We are building a house in Middleville and had to sell our home and move into my parent's home while building, so we had a lot of things to store I did some research and found Mo Storage I went and visited and was a little nervous about the condition of the building, but the price is great so we began moving our things into the unit The units smell quite bad, very musty After a month, I went out to the unit and found water seeping under the door about feet into the unit I was concerned A week later I went out to check and water was feet into the unit Many of our things were wet and if I had finished packing up our house and had moved the rest in, we would have lost a lot I called and spoke to the owner who was not remorseful or helpful in coming up with a solution We decided we'd rather pay more money for peace of mind that our things were not going to be ruined After we moved out and cleaned the unit, we did not receive our deposit check back I waited a month to give him time to get it back to me, but never received it I finally called and the owner was rude and came up with excuses as to why we had not received our check I truly believe if I had not followed up, he would have kept our deposit I finally received the check a month and half after moving out of the unit DO NOT KEEP YOUR THINGS HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM BEING DAMAGED!

Many of our things were wet and if I had finished packing up our house and had moved the rest in, we would have lost a lot.
