To Whom it may concern,We have done everything possible to contact this customer with no results or responseThis customer knows he caused damage to the rental bike and has admitted it in his original emails he sent to usHe just doesn't want to pay which there's not much more we can do about thatHe has a signed contract agreeing to pay for damages he causedHe is welcome to have the old parts if that makes him feel any betterWe have only charged him for parts that are being replaced due to his crash damageHe and his friends returned the bikes and he was the only one with damages and was aware of it upon return of the equipmentHis friends did not cause any damages and they were not chargedWe have been in business for over years and we have no negative complaints through the Revdex.comThis is a customer that is upset that he caused damages and now is trying to hurt our business for something that we have not done and is is out of our controlIf a customer rents a machine and causes damages they are responsible for it, that has never changed in years

We have tried to reach out to this customer several times with no response other than a random email saying he would like a call. We have tried to call him several times over the last few weeks and have never been able to get him to answer the phone or return our calls. This customer rented a...

motorcycle along with his friends. When they returned the bikes we never told them there wasn't going to be charges for damages since the customer was fully aware that he crashed the bike during the rental. His friends did not crash their rentals and they were not charged for damages. This is never hidden from a customer that if you crash that you will not have to pay for the damages you caused. This customer admits he crashed the bike and we called him with an estimate the next day. He did not answer his phone as usual when we call and we told him that the charges would be taken out from his damage deposit that he left to cover such damages as he agreed to by signing the deposit slip, the rental contract, the damage waiver, and the sheet we read out loud to him before he took the rental. Unfortunately some people do not wish to take responsibility for their actions and that is we we have a legal system that requires dead beats to pay their bills.

Hello,You recently closed a complaint that we were working on.  I apologize I was out of town and was not able to respond within the time allotted ant the complain was closed.Can this please be reopened?  My complaint is not resolved and the message that the company sent back via the Revdex.com page was not helpful nor true and in addition was somewhat offensive.Moab Tour Company has charged me $454 that was unwarranted.  Pictures 1-3 are attached to this email, showing the bike after the rental without the damage they are claiming.  I will attach additional pictures in the direct follow up email as well as the email chain where the company is unresponsive.Please help me by reopening this complaint.
