When we first moved in to our home in the country, I was not prepared for the different insects we would have to deal withWe had a TON of ants inside, in February! *** *** came out and took care of the issue, and at that point, I signed up for their quarterly serviceIt's been nearly three years, and I have never had an issue againI love calling and talking to *** and I have nothing but good things to say about *** and *** (the other tech)They know their stuff, take time to explain what they are doing, and are quick to respond if there are any issues in between quarterly appointmentsThe best part.....I TRUST themThey know my garage code and where our spare key is.....enough said

I discovered flying insects crawling between the wallboard and cement wall in the garage I picked Friend's randomly Rather than the standard reply of setting up an appointment and having to take a half-day off of work, they asked me to take a phone photo and send it to them After a couple of texts and a phone reply, they stated that the insect was likely a citronella ant and explained that they are messy but harmless No charge While I can't attest to the quality of service from a treatment standpoint, I can certainly say I was impressed that they took the time to determine whether or not a house call was actually required and did everything they could to assure me that these were not termites causing damage to my home Awesome!
