Mobil On The Run

I purchased gas from this station on 12-11-19. Less than a mile from the store, my truck broke down. I had to have it towed to a repair shop. The repair shop stated that I had bad gas. The issue with the gas was that it was mostly water. The repair bill and towing costs are around $1200. I contacted the store's manager at 3:45 on 12-11-19 who apologized for the inconvenience and walked me through the process of filing a claim. I needed to collected all my bills and bring to the store to file. The store is over an hour away from my house mind you. I brought the paper work on 1-6-20. The manager wasn't there but she told the clerk via phone call to collect my paper work and she would process. Since then I have made multiple calls to the station. The manager is never there. I leave a name and number but no one calls back. I am not sure the status of the claim or if it was ever filed. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible because I am out a large some of money due to their product.
