I am rejecting this response because:The owner forgot one key thingWhen I talk to the owner at Mobil he forgot that he talk to me on his manager [redacted] cell phoneI talk to [redacted] last nightHe told me the owner did not fire himHe turn in his two week notice and he had to sign a resign letter[redacted] stated he took the pictures from his cell phone (which is true because I was standing there) and forward them to the owner the same day of the incidentsJust in case the owner thinks I'm lying [redacted] cell number is [redacted] Also [redacted] stated that there was another driver that the owner blew off that had a problem with the car wast seem his mirror was damage(Guess who has that number). The car wash used to be service once a week but the owner want the company to lower there pricesWhen the company didn't, the owner stop the contractNow the car wash get service once in a while. In short [redacted] told me it is okay to used his name and if I need anything just let him knowI'm contacting a person right now since I have the manager who did not only take the pictures, but will verified that this owner tries to get over and hide this problem and the other problems The owner blew off the other driver that complain about his car washThank you Revdex.com.Also if Revdex.com wants to see the car or any other entity like the newspaper, I will be glad to show them.Thank you again.***PS These pictures were taken in the shadeThe one that the owner refused to takeThe ones still on [redacted] phone where taking in direct sun lightIf there was no damage why didn't the owner take pictures showing there was no damage

I am writing you in regards to the above-referenced matter, and to inform you that I have reviewed the customer's complaint, and have met with him in-person to ascertain the nature and causes of the purported scratches on his vehicle. When I met the customer, about week agoI requested that
the customer show me the scratches on his vehicleThe customer was unable to find the scratches and had extreme difficulty locating the scratches he was complaining aboutHe had to move the vehicle from its parked position in the shade to the sun, and then to the shade againDespite this, I attempted to take photos, but was unsuccessful in doing so because the scratches are not easy to locate or visible to identifyThe customer pointed to an area of the vehicle which has a touch up paint job, and asked him when he purchased the vehicleHe indicated that it was purchased a couple of days before he washed it at my facilityIn other words, he is a new owner and not too familiar with this vehicle and its conditionI explained to him, that it was obvious that the Seller of the used vehicle had purchased a bottle of touch up paint to cover up the pre-existing scratches. The customer also pointed to a hairline mark, and not a scratchAfter my inspection of the vehicle, and based on my forty five years of experience in the car wash business, I explained to the customer that my car wash is not capable of causing the hairline mark he is claiming, because my car wash uses a soft touch cloth which makes contact with the vehicle when washing itFurther, I informed the customer that the hairline mark he is asserting was caused by washing his vehicle, is not caused by a car washPeriod. Based on the foregoing, the customer's claim is and baseless and has been dismissed accordingly

I am writing you in regards to the above-referenced matter, and in response to the recent letter from your agency dated October in reply to my previous response on the matter. The customer, Mr***, is erroneous in persisting to claim that the car wash caused the damage to his vehicle as is allegedI think the best thing moving forward is to have Mr*** provide clear and crisp pictures to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), and to me, demonstrating the damage that is being alleged. Additionally, I wish to point out that the websites provided by Mr*** in his last correspondence are wholly irrelevant to the case at hand, as these websites are generalized, and do not reference my particular car washFor instance, one website (royaldetailclub.com) claims that automatic car washes in general are not effective in washing cars, and lists seven reasons of why you should not have your vehicle washed thereThis website does nothing to substantiate any of Mr***'s claimsFurthermore, it is quite obvious that the self-serving reason that the website discourages using automatic carwashes is because they are in the business of selling a waterless wash and wax on their website. The second website provided by Mr*** (autodetaildoctor.com) in his correspondence is in the business of coming to the customer's location to provide customized auto detailing with a mobile detailing unit with packages ranging in price from $to $per serviceNot quite sure about the relevance or significance in providing this website eitheras it has no bearing on the matter at hand, and further, we are in a totally different line of business and do not offer mobile detailing services at all. Moreover, the other website (incredibilydetailed.com) referenced in Mr***'s letter offers, according to that websiteall levels of detailing servicespaint correction, and steam cleaning packages that are all customizableAgain, we are not in the business of providing services of auto detailing, so I fail to see any relevance in Mr *** incorporating this website in his reply as it does nothing to validate his claim. One thing remains clear and unequivocal: hundreds of people get their car washed at my automatic car wash on a daily basis, and if there was a valid mechanical problem with the car wash equipment on the day of his visit, Mr*** would not be the only who experienced it as the hundreds of other cars that use it would have the same or similar problemThe fact of the matter is that Mr, *** is the only customer who complained that the car wash caused damage to his vehicle on the date of his visitFurthermore, I would like to once again reiterate that the hairline mark that Mr*** is complaining about is not caused by any car washPeriod. Furthermore, I have visited the Google review page that Mr*** referenced in his letter, in which a customer by the name of Mr*** visited the location over a year ago, and indicated that the car wash was downNo complaint was made about damage to his vehicleMr*** also referenced a Bing review, wherein a customer by the name of Mr*** visited the car wash and it was not working at the time of his visitAgain, no reference or assertion that any damage was caused by the car wash to Mr***'s vehicleMost importantly, it speaks volumes that Mr*** could not find one single review, on Google or Bing or any other website, in which a customer complained about the car wash having damaged their vehicle, in other words, these customer reviews referenced in Mr***'s letter do not lend any support to Mr***'s claims or assertions, and they are no bad reviewsRather, let me point out that a carwash (just like a car) or any other mechanical equipment requires regular maintenance, and when this happens, we put the car wash tout of order" to accomplish the regular maintenance required and for that, we apologize for any inconvenience that this causes our customers, but it is an unavoidable necessity to ensure the overall proper functioning of the car wash. Based on the foregoing facts and information, the Mr***'s claim is both baseless and frivolous, and should be dismissed in its entirety accordingly

I am rejecting this response because:The owner forgot one key thing. When I talk to the owner at Mobil he forgot that he talk to me on his manager [redacted] cell phone. I talk to [redacted] last night. He told me the owner did not fire him. He turn in his two week notice and he had to sign a resign letter.[redacted] stated he took the pictures from his cell phone (which is true because I was standing there) and forward them to the owner the same day of the incidents. Just in case the owner thinks I'm lying. [redacted] cell number is [redacted]Also [redacted] stated that there was another driver that the owner blew off that had a problem with the car wash. It seem his mirror was damage. (Guess who has that number). The car wash used to be service once a week but the owner want the company to lower there prices. When the company didn't, the owner stop the contract. Now the car wash get service once in a while. In short [redacted] told me it is okay to used his name and if I need anything just let him know. I'm contacting a person right now since I have the manager who did not only take the pictures, but will verified that this owner tries to get over and hide this problem and the other problems.  The owner blew off the other driver that complain about his car wash. Thank you Revdex.com.Also if Revdex.com wants to see the car or any other entity like the newspaper, I will be glad to show them.Thank you again.[redacted]PS These pictures were taken in the shade. The one that the owner refused to take. The ones still on [redacted] phone where taking in direct sun light. If there was no damage why didn't the owner take pictures showing there was no damage.
