Drove right over to [redacted], car passed inspection though front tired were a little bad. Rear brakes and rotors are totally fine. Cost to replace 2 front tires if we choose $279! What a difference an ethical and legal business makes.

Review: After experiencing battery issues with my 2008 Scion xB on Monday morning, August **, 2013, as a AAA member, I called for roadside assistance. Their nearest service station was the previously noted Mobil Gas/Service Station at [redacted]. A man was sent to my location where he jumped my car and recommended that I follow him to the service station where they would be able to run additional test on my battery to ensure it was working properly. I was immediately taken by the garage with multiple men under the hood of my car. I was informed that I needed a new battery. I asked them to jump my car again so that I could take my vehicle to my personal mechanic. They insisted that I not drive anywhere else because my alternator was causing my battery to drain rapidly and they feared that my battery would die while driving. I asked them for a price quote to perform the service. They gave me a quote of $560 for a new battery, alternator and labor. I immediately suspected that the price was way too high and insisted on taking my vehicle elsewhere. They jumped my car so that I would get out of their lot and immediately I had no power steering. I called for a tow from another company and after having my vehicle towed 40 miles to my mechanic in Islip Terrace, NY, he discovered that my alternator had been unplugged by the Mobil Service station and all I needed was a battery replacement. I am 23 year old woman and strongly feel that I was taken advantage of by this place of business. They intentionally caused an additional issue with my vehicle to try to sell my parts and labor that my car did not need after I declined their services.Desired Settlement: I would like the Mobil Service Station to reimburse me for the $175 tow that I unnecessarily paid to have my car towed a reliable, trustworthy place of business.
