Review: On February **, 2012 I placed a deposit for a 5th line for my 2 year contract with T-mobile (First four lines were free due to good credit). I was told that if I made all payments on my monthly bill I would receive the deposit back in one year. I called T-mobile in the first week of February requesting my refund they stated they had no proof that I ever paid for a deposit on the fifth line. The T-mobile representative told me to go back to the dealer and request the dealer to fax over the paper work stating that I had paid a deposit on the fifth line. I went to Mobile 4U Inc. Spoke to [redacted] (he was the one who asked for a deposit and did the paper work for my contract) and was told not to worry he would send over the paper work soon. A week later I called back T-mobile asking if they had received the paper work they representative stated they had no paperwork sent over from the dealership. So the following day I went back to Mobile 4U Inc. and spoke to [redacted]. He said they couldn't find the paper work and asked if I had a copy of my contract and bill of sale which I did. They took the paperwork made copies and told me not to worry. That they would take care of it. A few days later I called T-mobile again asking if they had received the paper work. Again the T-mobile representative stated they had no paperwork from the dealership. So again I went to [redacted] and asked him what was taking so long he said the paperwork was sent and not to worry. Finally I called T-mobile again on February **,2013 and they said they had received the paperwork but they still hadn't received the bill of sale that stated I had paid $250 deposit for the fifth line. I asked if I could send over the bill of sale, but T-mobile only accept bill of sale paperwork sent from the dealership. Its been over a month since I've asked them to send the paperwork over and they keep telling me they have, but T-mobile keeps telling me they have nothing new. Then I find out from a T-mobile representative that I should have never paid the deposit because according to my credit at that time I would of had all lines free of deposit.Desired Settlement: I just want Mobile 4U Inc to send whatever T-mobile needs to process my refund for my deposit so I can have my deposit back. Or give me $250.00 back I can't keep calling T-mobile and talking to them for hours on end every few days and then going to Mobile 4U Inc begging them to send the paperwork needed.. All I am asking if for the return of the deposit I had paid by getting the dealership to send whatever paper T-mobile needs
