I am not sure why you are sending me this complaint because it is not my companyWe are not affiliated with Dynamix and the customer in question,*** *** is not a customer of *** *** ***It is impossible for me to respond to this
complaint because I have no idea about the customer or the employee (***) who sold her these training productsPlease remove Dynamix from my companies file because *** *** *** is not associated with themPlease resend the complaint to Dynamix so they can respond and hopefully satisfy the customers requestThank you for allowing me to respond to this matter and don' hesitate to contact me with any other questions or concerns
