I was stranded at my house in need of a crankshaft position sensor, needing to get to work. I called [redacted] after going through 10-15 other mobile mechanics. They were all flaky. All of them. [redacted] answered (which very few did) and gave me a reasonable ETA; "a little before or a little after 9:3, I'm finishing up a job right now". Sure enough he was at my house at 9:30. Before installing the parts he diagnosed the problem and it was the CPS. He did in 30 minutes what I was busting my knuckles trying to do for three hours the night before.
