I purchased some tires from them well it they made it seem like they had the tires and the guy I dealt with was *** and he said lets go down the street to pick them up I thought it was from their warehouse it was a another whole respectable business *** picked out the tires put in the back of my car when should of been *** car or truck then got the tires from there I asked about receipt the guy gave him the receipt when I purchased them I should of got the receipt but he tells me hell give me one kinda shady then we get back to *** he put the tires on and I ask about the receipt he give me some bull says he will send it to me on my phone in 30 min I didnt get it I came back up there the next morning and tell him I got a shimmy at 65 and ask about the receipt he says he forgot to send it then tells me that he has to put it on the rack to see whats going on I tell him all you have to do is take tire off and re balance I used to do that kind of work dont know why you would have to put someone in the car raise up to check a weight that was janky, never got my tire done kept telling me to come back went somewhere else Never Deal with these Crooks again please dont deal with them their service is terrible and he said they were moving on the Southside I see why by all means St Louis dont deal with them Sad

I talked to mike about getting my car repair, that the transmission went out, he said ok I have to get it towed to him and that cost me $60 dollars I paid cash, on 11/5/2019, I kept calling every week to see if my car was ready and it was no, on the day I placed my car into his shop I had to pay a deposit of $694.00 I paid it on 11/5/2019. And the balance was supposed to be $694.00. Ok he called me around 11/22/2019 stating that it needs a tcm but I don’t have to worry because where he was getting the transmission from it will come with it at no charge to me, I said ok on 11/26/2019 he called me and told me that my car is ready to be picked up and it was fixed and all I have to do is pay the balance I said ok am going to get me a ride to pick up my car so I can drive straight to work from there I had to be at work at 2pm I got there around 12:45 so my ride drop me off then leave, I went on the inside to pay the balance off it went up to $700 ok I paid it total of $1354.91 do not include the tow fee. So he called me out said and said to me it was fixed but it’s not working right no more he have to put a tcm in it, and that I got upset because from my understanding he was supposed to all ready put a tcm in it and he called and told me to come and pick up my car it was ready to go, he begins to ask me for more money ?? from my understanding you told me every thing was fixed and I didn’t have to pay any more money, I told him why would you do this to me and you know that I had to go to work now it’s getting closer to the time for me to leave and go to work and my car isn’t fixed and I have no one to take me to work, I went back inside to get my paperwork at this I believe that I was scam because my daughter told me he was supposed to be fixing things on her car that never got fixed and he wanted more money and now she have to get a new car because every since he touched it it been getting worse, I I said I have to go to work went on the inside to get my paperwork so I can drive the car the best wy

On 09/16/19 I had two tires replaced and a pressure sensor put in totaling $200. The next day a tire was flat and "Troy" told me to bring the tire back at no expense. When I arrived he told me I had another bad sensor which he would replace for $100. Prior to me taking the vehicle to this location sensors for this tire was not a problem. The tire was worn and it needed change.

I left this location and took the tire to another shop, *** and they pulled two nails out of the tire I was sold for $21.00 and told me the sensor was fine.

I immediately called Mobile Automotive Service and they told me they would not compensate me and I should have brought the tire to them again after the nails were found. I explained to Troy that I had just left this business and he had lied to me and told me it was a sensor when in actuality he sold me a bad tire.

I missed a day of work for this.
