I purchased a groupon for a car detailing service Mobile Kleen- not sure of their address. They largely ignored n=my repeated ph calls and txt messages. They finally agreed to schedule appt today for cleaning and then did not show up or contact me.Desired SettlementI have requested refund thru my credit card

Failed to provide car detailing paid for by gift certificate. We made two appointments for service and each time the provider was a no show no call. Our daughter gave us a $100.00 gift certificate from Mobile Car Kleenz for a car detailing for Christmas. The individual, [redacted], came to our house for payment and delivery of the certificate and said he lived just a few blocks from us on[redacted] in Germantown, Tn. We informed him up front it would be late spring or summer before we used it because the weather was so bad. He said that was no problem. We called to set up the appointment in July and he set it up for Monday, July 28, 2014. He was a no show. We called numerous times after that and our calls were not returned. Someone named [redacted] is on the voice mail of the company phone. We wrote a review on Yelp and he called with excuses he had been busy with children getting ready to go back to school and said he would come today August 11, 2014. Again he was a no show. He is not responding to our texts. Desired SettlementWe prefer a CASH refund because we believe this is not a reputable company and will not provide quality work. If that is not possible we want a QUALITY car detailing ASAP!
