An order for [redacted] was placed on Friday 8/28/at 1:PM ESTAny orders placed after noon EST ship the follow business day (LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE)The order was a rocessed and shipped Monday 3/31/via UPSEstimated transit time to the delivery address is business days (LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE)The UPS tracking number for the order was [redacted] (and was delivered 9/4/at 4:13PMThe package was delivered in the time stated on our wel) site but the customer returned the package to the SenderOnce the package was received back, the customer received a Credit for the returned goods less any return shipping chargesPer our website the customer is responsible for all shipping feesThe return shipping fees charged by UPS was $so the original Credit card was refunded less those feesAttached are all the supporting documents.Feel free to contact me with any questions.Thanks, [redacted]

On Dec15, 2016, [redacted] called MobileCellRepairs to replace her cracked display on her [redacted] Plus I showed up at her office at 12noon on Dec I obtained the phone and went into my mobile workshop in her parking lot to repair the phone After putting a new display on the phone, I called the phone and noticed the ear speaker did not have any sound I took the phone into her office and asked her if the ear speaker was working before the repair, she said yes, so I went back to my mobile office to see if I could figure out why there was no sound During my observation, I noticed the ear speaker cable (known as a Proximity Sensor Assembly) was damaged I did not have a ear speaker cable in stock to fit her model of phone So I took her original damaged display and reinstalled it onto the phone The phone was fully operational when I handed it back to her, with the exception of the ear speaker Since the ear speaker cable was damaged, there was no sound coming out of the ear speaker I explained I did not have an ear speaker cable in stock I gave the phone back to her and asked her to go to the [redacted] Store in the [redacted] Mall to get the phone repaired I trust the technicians there fully and knew if there was a problem, they would instruct her to contact me I additionally asked Miss [redacted] to contact me if she had any problems having the [redacted] Store help her I did not charge Miss [redacted] anything for my service visit On January 5, 2017, I receive an email from Miss [redacted] demanding a large sum of money She explains her ordeal after I saw her on Dec She says she could not wait to see anyone at the [redacted] Store, so she took the phone to two local repair shops She says one of the repair shops, [redacted] Plus, agreed to repair the phone She says they also put a new display on, and also did not have an ear speaker cable in stock She says they ordered a ear speaker cable for her She says once the past came in, [redacted] Plus took the phone apart again to install the ear speaker cable She says while [redacted] Plus was doing this, they found there was now damage to the main board of the phone She says at this point, [redacted] Plus told her she has to buy a new phone because the phone is ruined She then says she went out and purchased a new phone I never heard from Miss [redacted] between our original meeting on Decand January I truly wish she would have contacted me before she purchased a new phone I would have liked to observed the damage myself and made the determination whether or not she needed a new phone If I did determine she needed a new phone, I would have gotten her a replacement phone I truly believe the phone could have been repaired without getting another phone She never gave me the opportunity to correct the situation that she claims I caused To be clear, I did not charge Miss [redacted] for any work performed on her phone She did not pay MobileCellRepairs for anything Because we are unsure who is at fault for her ear speaker not working, I have offered to fully repair her broken phone at no charge We will repair any and all problems that she has with her phoneIf this is unacceptable, I have offered to replace her broken phone I am unwilling to pay for anything other than repairing or replacing her original phone I feel all her other charges she is requesting are ridiculous, unethical, and uncalled for She is requesting me to pay for her original phone, for her new phone, for the display repair on her original phone, for extended warranties, for screen protectors, and time taking off work to handle this situation I am willing to repair or replace her original phone, but this is all I am willing to do I never was contacted to resolve the complaint before she purchased her new phone

I wanted to update you on the complaintMrL*** ended up reimbursing me for half of his damages that he causedIt was the only settlement we could agree on outside of court

WEBSITE). The UPS tracking number for the order was [redacted] (58166 and was delivered 9/4/15 at 4:13PM. The package was delivered in the time stated on our wel) site but the customer returned the package to the Sender. Once the package was received back, the customer received a Credit for the returned goods less any return shipping charges. Per our website the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. The return shipping fees charged by UPS was $21.60 so the original Credit card was refunded less those fees.
