Review: I had purchased the Samsung Neo 2 Watch for my husband on June **, 2014 at this location. The [redacted] or [redacted] said I have 2 weeks to exchange it if I decided I wanted the watch with the camera. No problem. I came back the following week wanting to exchange it, but I had no receipt. He said no problem but we do not have any in stock. He said hold onto it until we get more in and call me next week. I waited and still no watch came into the store. So now its been three weeks and I still have the watch and I could not get a refund because it was past the 2 week exchange. He had me waiting and for sure that the shipments were going to come in. I trusted him and he assured me he was going out of his way to help me and so forth. I went last week and again nothing and I demanded my money back, he said no because it is past 2 weeks. I told him that you had me wait for your shipment and now its way too late for any exchange and I feel I am stuck with this watch. I had no problem paying the $100 difference between the watches. I have been a [redacted] customer for many years and I feel like I am getting the runaround from him. I want my money back which is $217.00 from him asap.Desired Settlement: I paid $217 for the watch and I would appreciate it fully back either in cash or back to my debit card used during the purchase.
