Customer has been contacted and the repair has been scheduled and MrsPlummer is "very happy" to hear that I am going to be out to fix the issue. It was never my intention to "Rip off an year old woman." And once the repairs are complete she will have exactly what she paid for. She
is happy that I called her and scheduled a time approximately two weeks from now to come out and completely recoat the roof with whatever it takes to get it sealed up. The roof mastic I use is water based meaning that I cannot put it on during the rain nor when the roof is wet. Waiting until the weather dried up was the prudent option, and the customer's son had informed me that he had put a tarp over the roof in the mean time to keep the inside of the house dry which I assumed was working, so I was unaware that the customer's adult son had become so upset about the situation. Nevertheless, It will be corrected in approxweeks at which time it is my hope that the client's son will view this issue as resolved
