Mr [redacted] we apologize we could not resolve the issue to your satisfaction but in no way did we do anything wrong for you or your device.You brought your device in with a BAD HDMI PORT that you admitted to either knocking loose or breaking yourself, WE ARE ONLY HERE To repair what you bring...

in>This is NOT A SONY OR M$ based company and our sign in SHEET tells you exactly what you should know and read before proceed with any repair.  In this case it was A HAIL MARY Attempt to bring the Video back that was broken.We spend time and $$$ on a Brand New PS4 HDMI Charing Port Socket for Playstation 4 that we did not charge you for.You were a bit RUDE when you came in BLAMING OUR TECHS for you breaking your device.  We have the Video on CUE when your ready to listen to HOW RUDE you were to the Techs telling you the bad news.  Sorry we can not be %100 all the time in repairs but in no way did we do anything to deserve this BAD REVIEW.   We do understand that the device is $400 Plus, but SIR DID WE BREAK IT? DID we do what we can do to repair it?  I still would like to resolve this so if you would CALL US in the future in talk with us and EVERYTIME I will do what I can to help you understand whats going on.  Sorry for the hassle and look forward to talking with you to see how to MAKE YOU SMILE!
