I ordered three items and only got a confirmation number for two of them #XXXXX. These items were place and charged to my credit card on or about 14 April. The tracking system for delivery has not in almost a month. In emails to the customer, I keep getting the same can reply to be patient and that the order should arrive in a few days. It has been a few weeks of that. I did get one email offering a full refund if the item didn't arrive 5 May 2020, stating "if it doesn't scan in the next few days we'll give you a full refund". No refund and when I email, it is the same can reply to be patient.

Refund Full refund of $64.94 for the first item and $23.93 for the second two items I bought. This should me mailed to me at the below address. The credit card I used has been paid and at a zero balance. Not sure if it can be credited back to that card but if it can, then that would be ok as well.
Due to COVID-19 a shipping route we had chosen for a month was sending packages extremely late and having a ton of problems. We have since refunded the customer. The shipping route is credible and is getting deliveries fulfilled, it is just taking a long time. We've refunded the customer's orders fully and are letting the customer keep the item for free once it arrives
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company processed a full refund. Thank you for the help. I wish to close this complaint.
