Dear Revdex.com/ [redacted] ), Although the circumstances are very unfortunate, we do not feel we have acted unfairly, irresponsibly, or illegallyIt is true that we did receive a signed contract from you and received the deposit by credit cardHowever, we did not agree to our terms and pricingAs we stated before, we had made an honest mistake and are not excited about that fact, but unfortunately the mistake did happenAlso, we did refund the deposit in full when we found out our mistakeIt was in no way our intention to try to eliminate any competition by offering a lower bid; we do not run the business like this as we run our company honestly and ethically Also, we do not feel we demanded additional funds and threaten to not performWe did state that since we had discovered the mistake in our pre-check process we would have to charge more than we thought in order for us to agree to the contract and sign off on the line where we accept the proposal as a contract As stated previously, we have our line item and our signature line on the front of the contract state that an authorized RenCo, LLC signature is required in order to create an agreement; this was explained thouroughly in the previous correspondenceWe do not feel we need our certification with Revdex.com revoked or degraded due to the nature of the eventsWe feel we did the right thing by discussing the mistake with you prior to us beginning or accepting the proposal by our production managerHowever, we again are very disappointed to hear of your dissatisfaction with the experience you have had with our company Sincerely,Eric L***

Dear ***,Sorry for the confusionOn our previous conversations I had asked you to "continue to search for the gift card as sometimes they do turn up after a while"As stated on the back of the gift card "Card is not redeemable for cash and must be presented at time of purchaseCard will not be replaced if lost or stolen"I have had issues with this with my personal gift cards I lost a [redacted] gift card and asked for a replacement, their cards and all other retailers treat gift cards the same I apologize that you misplaced the card and hope we can find a resolution to this situation.Thank you [redacted]

I disagree with this rebuttal / explanation I wrote to the Revdex.com because this business (Renco Roofing) is not acting fairly, irresponsibly, and possibly illegally It wrote and priced a contract which was signed by *** ***, and for which *** *** provided a
$deposit Renco Roofing accepted and cashed that deposit, which constitutes an agreed to contract By accepting that deposit, Renco Roofing AGREED to its terms and pricing It was weeks later / business days before work was to begin that they informed *** *** that unless he paid $more than the contract stated, that they would not show up / perform the work That is intimidation They eliminated any competition, by offering a lower bid, only to wait just until work is to be be performed and then demand additional and significant funds, and threaten to not perform *** *** and *** *** believe that Renco Roofing is in breach of its contract responsibilities We don’t understand how a company can do business fairly if they can not abide by their own agreements We would like Revdex.com of AZ to reconcile / arbitrate, make them liable for damages and at the very least to decertify RR from its standing within Revdex.com*** *** ***

Dear ***,As with all gift cards the money is on the cardIf someone were to come in with that card we would have to honor that card even if after we provide the services to you, which would open another can of wormsIf you were to go to any retailer and tell them you lost your gift card they would say sorry we cant do anything for youThat being said I will put my neck out there and get the job done for you even if we have to take another hit and deal with a customer who says they purchased it after they find your misplaced gift card and bring it in.Please call the store ask for Paul and he will get you set up with an appointment as soon as we can.Sorry for the miscommunication and hope we have gone above and beyond what most retailers would do in this situation.See you soon thank you.Denis

We have had multiple requests from [redacted] and [redacted] regarding their roof. In all occasions, we responded timely and professionally. It has been very difficult working with [redacted] because the conversations have been tense as she has hollered, cursed, taunted, and even “mooned” a couple of our guys on one...

occasion. We run a professional business and always make an effort to respond professionally even when answering to such difficult communications. We were called out on different occasions as [redacted] and [redacted] were having water dripping through their air conditioning air-return duct. We checked and double checked all our roofing and roof penetration seals and all appeared to be water-tight. At some point, we did a water test to determine the source of the leak. At that time we found the leak to be coming from the air conditioning duct work and showed [redacted] where the leak was and that he would need to get it sealed in order to prevent future leaks. Recently, we received another call along with multiple Facebook messages indicating that their a/c air return was dripping water again. At this time, we reminded [redacted] with a phone call that it was still his duct work and he admitted that he never did anything with the duct to prevent leaks. He mentioned that he would get it sealed and would follow up with us if it leaked in the future. Since the roof work is not leaking or inadequate and we have always responded to our customer in a timely fashion, we feel that this complaint should be marked as beyond purview of the Revdex.com.

Dear Revdex.com/[redacted]), Although the circumstances are very unfortunate, we do not feel we have acted unfairly, irresponsibly, or illegally. It is true that we did receive a signed contract from you and received the deposit by credit card. However, we did not agree to our terms and pricing. As we stated before, we had made an honest mistake and are not excited about that fact, but unfortunately the mistake did happen. Also, we did refund the deposit in full when we found out our mistake. It was in no way our intention to try to eliminate any competition by offering a lower bid; we do not run the business like this as we run our company honestly and ethically.  Also, we do not feel we demanded additional funds and threaten to not perform. We did state that since we had discovered the mistake in our pre-check process we would have to charge more than we thought in order for us to agree to the contract and sign off on the line where we accept the proposal as a contract.  As stated previously, we have our line item 2 and our signature line on the front of the contract state that an authorized RenCo, LLC signature is required in order to create an agreement; this was explained thouroughly in the previous correspondence. We do not feel we need our certification with Revdex.com revoked or degraded due to the nature of the events. We feel we did the right thing by discussing the mistake with you prior to us beginning or accepting the proposal by our production manager. However, we again are very disappointed to hear of your dissatisfaction with the experience you have had with our company.   Sincerely,Eric L[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],I am very disappointed to hear of your frustrations you have had with RENCO Roofing. As you know, we are currently in the process of working at your property now. We will stay in communication with you throughout the work and you will see that we will follow through with the steps...

we agreed upon. In the meantime, please contact us with any further questions. Sincerely,Eric L[redacted]

Dear [redacted],Sorry for the confusion. On our previous conversations I had asked you to "continue to search for the gift card as sometimes they do turn up after a while". As stated on the back of the gift card "Card is not redeemable for cash and must be presented at time of purchase. Card will not be...

resolution to this situation.Thank you Denis A[redacted]Dear Denis,You have not returned our phone calls. We do not wish to redeem this card for cash. The time of purchase was intended to be when I gave you my credit card. I did not request a [redacted] like credit card when I came into your store. I wished to prepay for my husband's vehicle to have the work done. When I paid I was given the card an itemized receipt stating Paid in Full with our specific card, vehicle, and gift card numbers, nothing else was explained regarding restrictions. Let me ask you sir, Where is the money that I paid? Is it  trapped on this gift card? Did your business never receive any of this money? If you did, I have not received any service for this money and should be simply refunded the money paid minus the administrative fee for a lost card.

Review: September 2015, Mobile Electronics was paid 220 for window tint. This was intended as a gift and the store credit was placed on a gift card. The gift card was misplaced but an itemized receipt is retained with Car Make Model, and Gift Card Number. Mobile electronics was notified one week after the purchase at which point the owner Dennis said, "look around for it some more and if it doesn't turn up give me a call back". Since then multiple attempts to reach someone to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund

Dear [redacted],As with all gift cards the money is on the card. If someone were to come in with that card we would have to honor that card even if after we provide the services to you, which would open another can of worms. If you were to go to any retailer and tell them you lost your gift card they would say sorry we cant do anything for you. That being said I will put my neck out there and get the job done for you even if we have to take another hit and deal with a customer who says they purchased it after they find your misplaced gift card and bring it in.Please call the store ask for Paul and he will get you set up with an appointment as soon as we can.Sorry for the miscommunication and hope we have gone above and beyond what most retailers would do in this situation.See you soon thank you.Denis
