I live in Philadelphia,Pa and I found mobileelite804 through an internet search. I called and they were patient and courteous and answered all my questions considering I had a lot and am new to the world of the [redacted]. They even talked me out of buying a more expensive phone so that I could save money and buy the same model I wanted at a cheaper price. I paid through [redacted] so you know your purchase is protected and I got my tracking information from them immediately via email. I find their prices are great in this economy and budget friendly for those who want to save money and still have the latest gadgets. I like that they are an affordable one stop shop for all your cellphone or tablet needs online and that they ship fast. The Customer Service has been outstanding and I am happy I found them. All in all I am very pleased with them and will be purchasing from them in the near future.

Review: On Feb 4th 2015 I purchased what I was told was a [redacted] S5 for $300. The phone was running really slow and lacked multiple apps that were supposed to be on this particular model. On Feb 6th I called Ms. Lowe from my cell phone and it rang but she did not answer. I then text her about switching the phones out because of the freezing up. About and hour later I called her again and it went straight to voicemail. then proceeded to call her off two other phone numbers that I was getting in contact with and she had blocked those numbers because they went straight to the voice mail again. I called from my work phone multiple times and it rang with no problems. I took the phone to an [redacted] dealer who told me that the phone was a "Chinese knock off" and that it is not worth nearly what I paid for it. Mobile Elite's website states:
