my check engine light was on my my car I took it to mobile express car service told *** the owner the problem he told me he can fix it, but it would cost me $i agree one of the part he said I needed is a coil pack which is $for a new one, a full turn up which include changing the spark plugs, oil change, all the sensors and all the things that come with a turn up but the main thing he told me your car will pass emission that was on March 23\this is now April 3rd and my car still have not pass emission I took it back every day since then apart from Sundays some days I waited five hours I also left it over night I have already paid him IN FULL also paid for parts which should be cover under the price my car is a Cadillac Deville the oil filter that he said he change the brand new one is still siting in the trunk of my car did not change the part that cost me $that he said he change I put a mark on it the same mark was there I show it to him he change it

This auto shop WILL CHEAT AND SCAM YOU! We are in the process of filing in small claims courtI have been taking my Lexus to this shop for the last months; the few times I've been, I bought the parts I needed and stayed up there and watched the mechanic install them because I know how mechanics can beLast week I was told I had to leave the car at the shop due to the duration of the labor, the mechanic told me he was doing work on the canister which would cost $250; I agreed and paid; I found out by the owner that the entire canister needed to be replaced and when I confronted the mechanic who worked on it, he changed his story and said he only replaced a purge solenoid which is only a $part, however he got the solenoid off of a junk car the auto shop HAS in the yard so he spent NO money on itI have all of my documentation through text message showing him getting defensive with meMy whole purpose for going to this shop was to get it ready for emissions and every time I would drive the "emission-ready" car off the lot, the engine light would come back onHE NEVER DID ANY WORK ON THE CAR AND SCAMMED USWe will definitely see Mobile Car Express Service located in Lithonia, GA in court

Quincy had my car since March 29th today is October 16th to replace my transmission I have called I have texted no communication when I did speak with him he was out of town or it was something my boyfriend has been over to his shop in Lithonia on Covington Highway on several occasion he tells him one story and he tells me something totally different I think he's unprofessional I have threatened him that I wanted my $back he stated that he was out of town once you get back he was going to complete my car meaning replacing the transmission spoke with him after that he stated that the car won't turn over its the fuel pump I stayed it how much do I need to bring you for the fuel pump as of October 16th Quincy has not returned my phone call as of yet every Gardens how much the fuel pump has cost I would not recommend his services to anyone this is horrible and very unprofessional

June of 2016,I had took my BMW 5series in to be diagnostic because of it not passing emissionsFinding out part's were taking off my car
I took my car in for a diagnostic and he (*** ***)said I needed a ABS sensors for the front and a speed sensor and a transmission filter kit which I purchased the part'sMy car stayed for week's and I kept going up there checking on the car, after it was all said and done he didn't put the part's on because I ended up taking it somewhere else because all my light's came on the whole panel and so I went back to him and he said they was just trying to rip me off and all I needed to do is pass smog and now I have more problem's and it's like his getting away with taking my moneyI couldn't get any receipt's from him he just kept fast talking meThe bottom line is he took me for $for part's and labor

On May 13th my son drove my Volvo XCSUV to this shop for them to put an oil cover gasket on On the 15th we was told that the car was ready, but had a little shack, My car was not shacking skipping nothing before we took it thereWhen my son and I arrived there, they pulled my truck up, It was shacking,skipping, I told them I'm not taking that truck like that, I told them I want my truck back the same way I brought it in hereThen they said it needed sme plugs because the plugs was old, Ok I purchase the plugs,then when they put the plugs in it got worst.Now they saying it need sme coilsPurchases that,Now it cutting offThen they said it need a computerNow it's being over a month and my truck still not fixI subjected to take it to a dealer for them to put on diagnostic before I spend anymore money,They couldn't even drive it to the dealer, It had to be towed, and wanted me to pay for it Really!! When it got to the dealer, they couldn't even do a diagnostic on it becau
