Fun fully refunded the amount of the product just days after your involvement.  You are the best!!  Consumers are so lucky to have the Revdex.com protecting the little people from bad business practices.  I will definitely check the Revdex.com for a business rating before dealing with new vendors.

Although [redacted] confirmed my payment cleared on December **, 2014, MobileFun.com claimed that the payment was not received on December **, 2014.  After I notified [redacted] that MobileFun.com claimed non-payment.  Withiin an hour of notifying [redacted],...

I received a refund.MobileFun.com sent an email stating that their computers have difficulty receiving eCheque payments.  I thought that the funds would have been transferred to the Seller's [redacted] account.Regardless, I have ordered a comparable item from [redacted].

Review: I ordered a smart-watch through the Mobile Fun web site as a present to my son. The payment was completed through [redacted] on Sept [redacted] in the amount of $278.44. The week after, I received a phone message that the shipment will be delayed. A week after that I received an email stating that my order must be canceled, and that I would receive refund within four days. I still have not received a refund. I tried calling, but their phone # is no good. I tried using their on-line complaint system, but after a confirmation of receipt of my complaint, and a promise to respond within one day, I receive no response.Desired Settlement: I want and need my refund. I do not have a lot of money and depend on the amount of this return to make good on my son's birthday present that is way past due now. I am disgusted by Mobile Fun's lack of regard and due response to their paying customers.

Review: On October [redacted] I placed an order on [redacted] website. Over the past few weeks the order has been delayed several times. I have inquired about the status of the order multiple times through emails. I was offered to have my order canceled,and when I asked them to do so they said the couldn't cancel anymore due to the order bring shipped. I have not received any shipment.In further contact with them they asked for a copy of a photo ID so they could verify the address because of the price of the order was high. I supplied them with this, and have not had any response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order completed in full immediately, or an instant refund of my money.

Review: I bought a produc from this website my order # is [redacted] and fm/ trasmiter charger for my iphone and it doesnt work as they advertise first it doesnt charge my phone and it doesnt play music from my phone to my radio and I email the website many times and they keep giving the run around they I have to do this and that to get my refund and I told them I want to return the product to get my money back but thats not good enough for them and im tired of playing their game I dont know what else they want and tired of their game I just want my money backDesired Settlement: they need to give my money back for their product that doesnt work as they advertise

Review: I had to return an item I purchased online from this company. I received notification on 12/**/13 that my package was delivered from UPS. I also completed the online request form for a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. I have tried emailing them twice this week without a response.

I also found it suspicious they tried telling me they had not received my package until I told them I had a tracking number and knew it was delivered.Desired Settlement: I want my refund ASAP. This is unacceptable.

Review: I ordered a charger for my sons smart watch and paid extra 18.95 for two day shipping and never received it or a response to my many emails this is my order number [redacted] charger was 28.00 plus two day shippingDesired Settlement: send item and refund shipping or complete refund

Review: I placed an order for $164. I never received a confirmation despite my credit card being charged and the payment going through. Several weeks later I received an email demanding a copy of my Passport, Drivers License, Armed Services ID Card, and a Utility bill. Clearly this is a scam and I've been ripped off. I filed a complaint with my CC company and I am in the process of speaking with my local DA regarding this scam. I would like to alert any buyers that this company is fake and they will take your money and never deliver your product. My CC has been shut off so that they cannot charge me any more. Please help me and make sure these people don't scam anyone else. There are forums all over saying all the horrible things they do. I am not the only person who they have asked for ID and many people have lost a lot more money than me. Please investigate this company!Desired Settlement: I would like the authorities to be notified of this scam and have them shut down. I would like my money back for the products I have never received.

Review: I purchased a smart watch on March [redacted] 2015. Noticed the screen started having dead pixels in late december. Contacted Mobilefun in early January. First they told me it was under the 1 year warranty and to send it to them. Then they said it is no longer manufactured and no longer supported so they offered a partial refund (which I refused because it would not cover the cost of replacing a device I paid full price for). Then they told me to contact LG USA, who said to contact LG canada. LG Canada does not sell the deivce and said to speak to the retailer. I went back to mobilefun, who said they would arrange pickup with DHL and I would be contacted from DHL. I asked them how to pack it, with no response, nor did I get any contact from DHL regarding a pickup of the unitDesired Settlement: I want my watch fixed or exhanged,, or if not, I want a full refund for the defective product.

Review: Unfortunately, I ordered a Christmas gift from Mobilefun.com and failed to research the company first. [redacted] has removed the money from my account for payment, but I have received no order confirmation or package tracking information from Mobilefun.com. I contacted the company via their "Contact Us" link, but I've only received an automated reply. The phone number they supplied when I submitted my query (###-###-####) is a non-working phone number.

Now I have no gift, and I've lost the money too. I was full of too much holiday gift-giving spirit.Desired Settlement: I really would like to receive the product. But I fear that this may be impossible. I only ordered this item from Mobilefun.com because [redacted] said that in was not currently available. I presumed that it may just be a popular gift.

Review: I recently placed an order for an Official Samsung Galaxy Note 3 S-View Wireless Charging Cover - Black (order # [redacted]).

After inspecting the product, I realized that what I received is a regular S view cover without the wireless charging capability.

The product was order and charged on [redacted]Oct 2013. Mobile Fun sent out the wrong item on **Nov 2013. I have been trying to contact and return/exchange for the product without success. Sent multiple emails to ask for update but without success.Desired Settlement: An official apology letter, full refund plus the postage for returning the product to MobileFun.

The website,http://www.mobilefun.com/, should not continue to sell any products without providing a real and true contact information (Name, address, phone and Fax). There is no accountability for ordering anything from them without an official contact information.
