tested bad on two separate machinesWe advised the customer at this time that he needed a new battery, and recommended replacement of his corroded battery cables, in order for us to proceed with the electrical diagnosisHe said he would come and pick up the vanWe could not proceed with any further work without the customer’s authorization for the purchase of a new battery, so the job for us was complete at this timeThe $charge was for the hour of time spent testing the electrical system at our shop rate of $per hour as postedWe are sorry that the customer feels disgruntledSincerely; *** *** Owner

experience, expertise and licensing required to even be allowed to assess what might seem like a small problem to a lay-person.With that said, any potential client is entering into a relationship that requires mutual trust and respect This potential client seemed to be sure that her project was tiny and did not think it would cost much, and her relative could probably fix the problem, but did not have the timeHer project was promptly reviewed, and she was told that our office would provide information about our assessment. If a potential client needs to have a quote for work, they will wait for at least a few days to a weekThis potential client called after days and was very irate that she had heard nothingShe was told that no firm numbers could be determined, since many things in her older home would need to be testedShe was unhappy with that and demanded a numberWe stated that $was our minimum service call for work performedThere is no cost for work not done or completed, but if the problems are resolved, $is our minimum electrical service callWe expected her project to come in at approximately $up to $and this what she was toldHer comments about $80.00- $-$are completely untrue These are not the numbers we use to determine a range of costs.We are very happy to do both very small, or very large projects, but our company is the determining factor of the cost of any projectWe also are the professionals, who hold the Licenses that determine how large or small the project isThe level of difficulty is what determines the pricing for any projectAs she was told before our initial review of her project, we cannot quote what we cannot seeIf there is no obviously visible problem, then testing and tracing of lines is needed, it will be impossible to know what the project entails. We are very busy, and the clients who participate with us with mutual trust and respect are the ones who have great outcomesWe would not be able to be in business for over years, if we did not use fair work practices and pricingWe continue to uphold our Licensing, registrations, and A+ ratings
