This company refuses to honor their lifetime warranty as advertisedAdditionally, they have horrible customer service practices and shoddy workmanship

The company asked for a review within hours to offer a discount and claim the sale would be closedI called asking for the link to post the survey but they said they dont send a link and only send the receiptI proceeded to ask if I can still do it because the install was within hours but she said no because the sale is closedThe discount is misleadingNo sale is never closed because there is such things as reversals, refunds and creditsThey are just running a scam

I had my windshield replaced on my BMW 3-series twice by this company, the second time the windshield was not replaced correctlyAfter washing my car I noticed the floorboard was wet and observed water leaking onto the car I had the company come back out because water was getting into the car They came out and said it was not issue with the windshield(even though water was not getting into the car prior to this repair) Later my windshield wipers stopped working for no reasonAfter going to the dealership they responded with this emailand I quote "Whoever replaced your windshield did not replace the bottom seal/molding on the bottom the glassThis molding is needed to allow the windshield cowling to mount correctly at the base of the windshieldWhat the cowling does is direct water to the right and left as water runs down the glassIt clips into the bottom glass moldingLooks like they threw the old one away and didn’t install the new onewhat they did was try and glue th

I went on the internet and located a glass company in the Austin, Tx, area to look at a possible problem with my vehicle windshield I called Mobile Glass and they stated that they would send out a company representative We set up a meeting time and place The meeting was at my house The rep showed up and examined my windshield He stated that the small ding in my glass was not repairable due to its size and type of ding I asked him if it would fracture at some point but he stated that he did not think so I also asked him if there would be any type of charge and he stated that due to the fact that he could not provide any service their would not be any charge I was very surprised to learn form my credit card bill that the company did charge me The charge was $ I called the company and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and stated that we always charge to show up even we do not perform a repair I stated that the repairmen told me that there would

Austin Mobile Glass (AMG) replaced the windshield on my Toyota Prius in early October of I and eyewitnesses noticed the windshield leaking during operation and notified AMGAMG sent a technician to spray water from a hose onto the front of the windshield, they did not conduct an air testAMG told me to call them back when the issue occurred again and they would replace it

Please do not use Mobile Glass. They are a complete ripoff and the owner, Norman, is horrible.

The business practices are completely unethical (making a 4 hr appointment window and calling during that window to tell me that if I wanted to keep the appointment, they would charge me an extra $100), but he is personally insulting.
