Mobile Home Millions Response • Mar 04, 2020

Hi.....*** reached out to our company one time. Her terms and conditions that she is referring to were updated on January 10, 2020 and clearly states that on our website. Her terms and conditions were before that. She completed more than 60% of the course and accepted the terms and conditions. If you complete 60% of the course or more than you are not eligible for a refund. She was upset about it. However, she agreed to them. We have provided proof of this.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the email's between myself and the company. My initial email to them was on Dec 26, 2019 requesting a refund. They responded on Dec 28, 2019. *** only requested I give the office a call and did not mention anything about their 65% policy. I responded to them on Dec 30, 2019. I did not hear anything from them. I again emailed them Feb 29, 2020 etc.

I received a voice mail from *** today March 4, 2020. I work overnight and sleep during the day. I was not able to return her call.In each of their emails to me they both are doubling down on NOT providing me a refund using the "no refund if 65% or more" of the course is completed policy which is unfortunate because *** is claiming that they only updated this policy on Jan 10, 2020 and it should not apply to me when I ordered her course on Dec 23, 2019. I know what I read and heard her say during her webinar. If you are not completely satisfied with the course you can request a refund within 3 days. Which I did on Dec 26, 2019.

I am dumb founded by the lack of customer service they didn’t provide. *** even admitted that the email was overlooked and didn't respond after two months. Most reputable companies would not keep a customers money if they were not satisfied. The fact that theyare spending so much time in this matter to make their point and keep my money I will never understand. I never logged into the course after I emailed them back in December. I was not satisfied and remain unsatisfied with the course so why would I use your “life lines” or continue the course as *** stated. The bottom line is I don’t believe *** provided value in the course. Also, the fact that *** tried to compare her course with a college course means she is out of touch. A college course costing that much ($594) would have lasted more than 2 hours in 10 modules which were approximately 5 minutes each. The needle that broke the camels back for me was the training video with the foreign couple you shared. I don’t agree with your tactic. I felt you took advantage of the couple and I just don’t want to do business with someone who operates this way.She can disagree but she can’t change the fact that that’s how I feel.

*** (Mobile Home Millions) may be a great company for some students and she may have students who are completely satisfied with her product. I am not one of them. This is nothing personal. I made the decision out of desperation. I attended her webinar, she did her job and sold me and many others on the hopes of changing our lives through her course and after spending only 2 hours on it I did not believe she provided value and didn't agree with her sales tactic. Is it my fault that I completed 77% of her course in less than 2 hours. That is not value. It takes me longer to read a book and learn exactly what she was selling.

I now realize their are many overnight internet guru's preying on individuals who are vulnerable to their hopes and dreams and will fall victim to believing they could change their lives by attending a webinar, purchasing their course only to realize that it was not what was promised.

It has been well over two months. The money is gone and I have learned a valuable and costly lesson. I am just shaking my head why this company is going out of their way to refuse be provide me with a refund? She can deny me access to the couse and remove me off the FB page. Both of which I have not logged back on to.

I only wish she would do the right thing and provide the refund and we can both go on with our lives.

Either way I'm done. I don't want them to contact me anymore and I will not contact them.

All my best
