Dear **. [redacted]:
It has come to our attention that there are several points of misunderstanding concerning your loan with Mobile Home Remedies LLC. We will address each of the items. If there are any more, you can reach us at ###-###-#### M-F, 9am -5pm.
1. Yes, there has been an address change and phone number change, however, the previous phone company was supposed to forward all calls onto the new number as stated above.
2. Your payments continue to and including January 1, 2014. I'm not sure where any other date is coming up, but for anyone who doubts this and has the software to compute the time frame, the information is as follows:
Interest = 15%
Payment of interest and principal only = $170.29 Amount Financed = $8882.50
Duration of Loan was supposed to be only two years but we extended it because of good record of payment, so full duration of loan would be 84.97 months.
1st payment wras on January 1, 2007. Last payment should be January 1, 2014 and the payment will be $165.18
Your insurance was paid on November 19, 2013 and the check was cashed by the insurance company on November 22, 2013
Your taxes were received by us on December 2, 2012 and they were already past due. We are not able to pay any taxes unless we receive the bill by the homeowner. Thus, the taxes were not paid because either the bill was not sent or we did not receive it. The taxes will be paid, since we now have the bill, within 5 days.
When we receive the last payment in January, we will sign off on the title and the title will be sent to you, the homeowner. If there is any moneys left in the escrow, they will be returned to you at that time. If you still have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at the above #.
Sincejely,
Consumer
