That was until we paid for our houseI mean you would think “hey, they spent $100K in cash here let’s take care of themWe don’t have to be asking for their money and going through hoops to get them to pay.” But noWe paid for our house in fullThey said they were going to rush it to meet our deadline at the end of MayWe order it in FebruaryThey told us it was no problem, that they could have it ready even before thatThe weeks passed by and me and my wife started packing, buying furniture, and setting delivery datesWe told our landlord when we should be moved outWe had heard nothing to tell us otherwiseWe called a couple times, and they told us everything was going according to planMid May came they had not put down the foundation for the house or even called us to make sure the land was ready, which it had been for a whileW

We are trying to get our down payment refund have been since October They never calm me back I have turned in one receipt and haven't got nothing

Ok this matter starts since May/I buy a home from them but when we start the deal I explain everything to them I told them the truth about my legal situation and the I want a bank who wants to work with me because I want all my utilities included in the deal because that money was all I have they said it's ok we can do it but they ask me for the maximum amount of money I can put as a down payment so I told them ok but y'all have to assure me the my utilities are included and they still saying ok ok they will be included so I told them I have $ 11,and they say ok so on June/ my husband and I went to see the models of mobile homes they have and we like one of the houses but they ask me for more money so I can't have the house I liked they ask for $2,more we said ok so total of money we give them was $13,so we signed the contract on July of and they delivered the house by August of but like on the middle of August the General manager *** ***

We went in just to look and see what they had and they asked us multiple times if we wanted to go ahead and run our credit to see what financing they could put togetherWe told them NO, multiple times, and specifically stated we did not want any inquiries until we decided what we wanted to doIt was a very hard sell and they insisted we should let them do itAfter telling them repeatedly that we wanted to think about our options and for them to not run our credit, we leftWe were turned off by the whole experience and didn’t answer their calls the next dayWe went in On Thursday, 9/6/18, and they ran my credit as soon as I leftI got an email alert from our credit monitoring service telling me that there was a new Hard Inquiry from MFTD Housing ConsultantsI cannot believe they would commit FRAUD by running our credit without permissionI am concerned that they will continue to us my identity and personal information without my consent and open unauthorized accounts in my name

This place is a CONThey are dishonest and are only looking to screw you over as hard as they canPlease, take your business elsewhereI promise, there is nothing they can do for you except damage your chances of ever owning a home in the futureI cannot believe they would pull our credit without permissionI hope you don’t make the same mistake we did
