I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted]'s response is absolutely untrue,  that was not his response.  I did not say I would not purchase from him.  I was calling to get information about the unit that was already purchased from Mobile Link.  [redacted] specifically stated he would not provide the information unless the replacement remote was purchased from him; trying to force a consumer to purchase from him.  [redacted] is always very rude to speak to and disresectful.  Unfortunately, it is always difficult to deal with [redacted] and Mobile Link.

Customer was told he could look under the dash and get the model number or look on his receipt which he should have kept. Our computers had a virus in March and we lost the entire data base with customer's information so could not provide him with information without looking at unit. Customer...

Review: I am writing to express my concern and frustrations in dealing with [redacted] at Mobile Link. Any time I have had to deal with [redacted] he has been very rude, hard to deal with, very disrepectful, and has no customer service at all.

I had spoke with [redacted] 08/28/2015 in the afternoon about getting information regarding a product, remote starter, that was already purchased from him. I was asking to get the model number for the remote starter I have, which was purchased from [redacted] at Mobile Link, and [redacted] refused to provide the information unless I were to buy the replacement remote from him. I feel this is unnecessary and unlawful as he is trying to force a consumer to purchase from him at a higher cost.Desired Settlement: I would like get the model number provided and see the lack of customer service by [redacted] at Mobile Link change.

I have had three negative visits with this store, so it is time to complain. [redacted] the owner treats not only the possible clients coming in unprofessionally he is rude towards his employees. I was shocked at the level of rudeness he displayed in front of again possible clients. We came in for some help on installing a radio which we already had hooked up but it wasn't getting any electricity. [redacted] charged us $25.00 to do nothing. It was a rip off. They did not even fix anything. He told us it was a blown fuse, we already told him that before he looked at it. Then he gave us a price of $250.00 to hook radio, speakers and amp after we paid it he tried to sneak another $200.00 plus out of us. Saying $250.00 did not include the amp. We asked for our money back as we didn't want his services anymore. He is the only business in town too handle our needs but this kind of treatment is not worth my money nor my time. We will never do business with this store again.
