You were able to do work "in an Hour" because we had spent considerable time removing the original paintI know you don't trust that we could have completed the project in a timely manner, but we would haveI sympathize with your frustration in the length of time it took to get where we were, but it was also frustrating for us to spend considerable more time than we had told you to get where we wereOur offer of $still stands

We told the customer that the job was taking longer than expected we just needed more time to complete it. The customer did not want to wait and asked we return his doors immediately. We told him we would complete the project it was just taking longer than expected. He said no. We will offer the...

refund of $200 as we invested considerable time into the work that was completed and we were not allowed to finish the job.

Considerable time means that it was some type of progress made. We submitted the pictures, in 2 months not one cabinet door was complete. Each week I would get we need more time. We were going on 3 months work and we needed to get the doors complete so we can sell the our home. When we got the doors back the doors were soaked with so much treatment just sitting on the wood that it was beyond repair. 3 months could have turned into 6 months. This is terrible customer service. Plus we had to pay someone else to paint and repurchase the cabinets. This has been a long process and has cost us not only 350 but now 400 for new doors. Brian guaranteed me it would only take a month or month in a half. How was I able to do more work in 1 hour than he was able to do in almost 3 months. So no we want the entire amount back and then we will accept. Plus he didn't answer my email and phone calls when I tried to resolve it. Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is final to me. I unfortunately have to accept this agreement because I am moving away from Cincinnati in the next month and I don't have the time to go to small claims court. For you to tell me that I rushed the process from your employee when Brian told me it would be complete in a month or month and a half is totally inaccurate. It went on to almost 3 months and the processed doors looked the same as they did previously, with no improvements. For you to say the only reason I got it off in an hour was because of the work done previous is terrible. If I was able to complete it in an hour than why couldn't Brian do the same thing. Additionally, I called and emailed you with no response but you did tons to help? Doubt it. But let's get this over with and do the $200 dollar refund. I can stop at the location in Mason to pick up the refund and be happy that this process is done. I have already had to purchase $300 dollars worth of new doors so I am really the one losing in this matter.
