I received a "final notice" bill for $from Marina at Panel of EKG Lakewood, PO Box 255548, Sarasota, FL, phone When I called to tell her the bill was in error, she was condescending and acted like she could force me to pay something I didn't owe to protect my credit rating The bill references DrMark R*** I contacted his office and verified that I owe nothing to him and that he didn't read my EKG I contacted Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where I've never been a patient, and was told I owe them nothing I contacted Lakewood Ranch Medical Center and they verified that I owe them nothing This is a scam This woman should be prosecuted for fraud and for preying on people over Further, how she obtains personal information and medical information should be investigated I am contacting the State of Florida and the county attorney for action, as well
on 6/11/I was admitted to Blake hospital and had an electrocardiogram in which EKG Panel of Blake done the interpretation and charged me $70.00, of which my insurance paidOn 09/09/EKG Panel of Blake charged me again $70...I haven't been back to the hospital or to the doctor for thisIt's not my chargeBUT, I can't contact EKG Panel of Blake as they don't answer their phone nor return messagesThere's no physical address to go meet them face-to-face eitherBut guaranteed they've turned this over to the collection agency and my credit bureauI've called for months to no availI believe they once they get you in the hospital they've got you and can scam you till you are broke

I do not recall having an EKG I therefore tried to call them more than once without success I also left phone messages which were not returned There is no physical address listed on the bill, only a post office box number After another bill was received, I tried reaching them again without success I have just received another bill, this time stamped "FINAL NOTICE" I finally found a street address while searching online I guess my next step is to go there in person (assuming I find anyone there) to try to get my questions answered
