We received a letter on 7/23/form the Revdex.com. Mr*** purchased a used Troybilt riding lawn mower on 7/23/2013. All used equipment carry a day warranty. Mr*** had repair work done on 5/23/2014. Mr*** stated in his complaint that at the end of the season
that there was a different problem and did not bring the unit in for repair until March 2015, the busy part of the season. Had Mr*** brought the unit in at the end of the season, repairs could have done in a more reasonable time frame. All warranty has been fulfilled. We have loaned him a mower for the entire season to satisfy his needs. An employee of ours has personally made sure his cutting needs are meet. We are willing to give him travalue on the purchase of a new mower
