I am rejecting this response because:This is the 2nd device they fix and with the same issue, the first device I took to the store along with the screen I bought from eBay looked good quality and the broken screen they replaced had exactly the same, this time he is saying that the screen is the same? No way it is not the same because this screen is from Chinese factories, low quality and cheap prices, and now he is kind of claiming that I did not check the phone in the moment so how they will know if it is the same issue? Oh wow! They have days warranty and what they did while they were fixing my phone is mess up with a part inside of the device, so if they have warranty and I took the device back to them next day it won't be into the warranty? I don't know what they are trying to do but this answers are ridiculous and it looks like they do not want to accept what they did to my deviceSo the personal from the carrier do other know nothing about devices when the also fix devices? This guys are trying to wash their hands and say they did not do anything to my deviceAlmost all of the reviews in their Web site had the same problem as mine which is weirdI'm not even able to use my phoneThanks

I am rejecting this response because: The guy who said to me "$or nothing" was talking with attitude so I don't want that fix the screen because they messed up so they can mess up something else and also the screen looks low qualityI would like to have my money back and they can have they bad screen back without messing up with other part of the phone

The only thing that senses anything on that part would be the digitizer, which determines the touch. It could be a faulty part if it is not broken again and having issues touching. Also, the situation you are describing sounds very sketchy. It sounds like you may have been scammed, but I can assure you it is not from us. What domain did you order this from? We would be more than happy to work with you. I spoke to the guy that worked with you and informed him you were upset. The screen is OEM, meaning it is the same quality as what was on the phone to begin with. Also, if the LCD was broken and you could not see anything or test anything when you came in the first time, how were we supposed to know the sensor you are blaming us for was also not damaged like the screen was.
