company and should not reflect on Mobile Reduction Specialists, Incwhat so

experienced a customer who questioned the installation price or tree sale
price
Arbor Glen has sold over trees out of this nursery and can count on
one hand how many complaints it has had over its years and were incidentally
resolved without further conflictMr*** *** was aware on the
installation costs of $per tree due to his comment of "Come on ***, you are only 1/miles
from my home" and "you should be able to...."In response I
explained that there must have been a miscommunication and he should have
simply called my cell phone if there were any concerns as Mr*** saw the
invoice and signed it at the ***e of installation which clearly stated the tree
and installation costs.As far as the ***eliness of the install, Mr*** was
originally scheduled for noon on Friday May 1, but we were informed at 11:
that the fence posts that needed to be removed for the install truck to enter,
had not been removed yetSo we rescheduled foram on Saturday because Mr*** could not make 7am due
to a marathon raceArbor Glen was at the 6am appointment, installed both trees
with no upcharge for employee over***e due to Saturday installCustomer signed
the installation invoice and the work order was completedNothing more was mentioned
until Arbor Glen contacted Mr*** to inquire on payment as nothing paid at
***e of installIt wasnt until that ***e we were notified of his concern

Review: The owner [redacted] also operates a tree nursery at the the same address. He advertised "any tree, any size, any species for $199". My wife and I picked two trees to be installed. [redacted] called me two weeks later letting us know when to expect delivery and at that [redacted]e I asked him to confirm a line item quote of $199 for one species of tree, $199 for another species, $175 for delivery, plus taxes to which he said "correct".

Upon installation of the trees the invoice stated an additional $175 was being billed and I asked the installer what the extra charge was for to which he said I would have to work it out with [redacted]. When I asked [redacted] about the charge he claimed miscommunication and threatened legal action and property damage if I did not pay the amount invoiced that same day.

Also, he did not honor the installation day or one of the actual trees that we had selectedDesired Settlement: $175 refund for unquoted services that were charged.
