Review: Tow truck that was hauling my vehicle back to my driveway Drpped my vehicle off the dolly. Busted window and side panel was repaired for free for me but refused to take responsibility for busted bumper and tail light. Also cost me 3 days of a rental expense.Desired Settlement: Bumper fixed, tail light fixed, refund for rental vehicle.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The towing company is refusing to accept responsibility for the damage that they caused to my vehicle. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs and rental fees, which I would like to have reimbursed. The claims that the vehicle never left the straps of the towing truck are patently untrue. I am attaching pictures taken the day it happened to show that the trailblazer did indeed come off the straps that day and damage the rear end of the vehicle. I am also [redacted] a personal account of all the communications between myself and the towing company from the time I called the tow truck through getting my vehicle back.
